EGInA is a training agency accredited at the Umbria Region (Italy) for the provision of initial, continuous and permanent vocational training.

We receive international students, teachers and trainers during the whole year. Courses are offered in three different editions and with different formats. Each course is structured so that it is possible to attend the basic level (20 hours in 7 days) or the advanced level (40 hours in 14 days). Courses are organized in March, June, September and November.

Das Forum DistancE-Learning veranstaltet am 31.01.2020 den Bundesweiten Fernstudientag. Ziel des Aktionstages ist es, einen Überblick rund um das Thema Fernlernen zeitgleich in vielen Städten Deutschlands und virtuell im Internet zu geben. Die Veranstaltungsformate beinhalten unter anderem Info-Chats mit Fernstudierenden und Live-Online-Sessions in virtuellen Diskussionsforen.

Kinaesthetic learning – the style that involves movement for memory retention – lends itself perfectly to environmental education, a subject that encourages learners to get outside and expose themselves to a range of different environments. Environmental education is essential for both education providers and wider businesses. This blog post explores the harmonious relationship between kinaesthetic learning and environmental education; different educational activities that directly relate to environmental protection; and organisation that can visit community groups, education providers and businesses.

Mjesec prosinac nam je označio kraj našeg tromjesečnog tematskog fokusa koji je naglasak stavio na čenje odraslih na radnom mjestu. Tijekom tog perioda detaljno smo istražili izazove s kojima se suočava obrazovanje odraslih na radnom mjestu, kako obrazovanje odraslih može biti korisno za tvrtke te smo prikupili primjere dobre prakse iz cijele Europe.

La transformación digital de la economía trae consigo nuevos retos personales. Es necesario que los responsables de la toma de decisiones y los empleados tengan una comprensión fundamental del potencial de las aplicaciones digitales y que sean capaces de moderar un proceso de cambio en sus empresas. El proyecto "Digitalización - Herramienta de desarrollo de estrategias para la digitalización de las PYMES" contribuye de forma tangible a ello con el desarrollo de una herramienta de autoaprendizaje para estos retos que está disponible gratuitamente en línea y que puede ser utilizada directamente en el lugar de trabajo.

The purpose of the study was to explore the requirements of schools to increase intergenerational learning, collaboration and solidarity amongst the Baby Boomers, X and Y generations, based on the views of school principals. The research focused on how to create spaces for interaction among different generations and what consequences will arise when intergenerational spaces are created. This study was conducted with phenomenological research design.

The aim of this study was to examine the perspective of school administrators with regard to teachers from different generations. In this study, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each generation were examined. This study was conducted as a Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat (SWOT) analysis. The study group consisted of 26 school administrators from the Dilovası district of Kocaeli province, Turkey.

Women in HE Conference 2020

The Women in HE Conference 2020 will take place in London on 23 January 2020 and the major theme is accelerating change for gender equality in the HE sector. Many notable speakers will be hosting sessions during the event and considerable focus will be given to specific issues such as harassment in the workplace, diversity on boards, the work-life balance and the glass cliff – a phenomenon that has seen women in leadership roles being held back rather than experiencing increased success.

The digital transformation of the economy brings new personal challenges with it. There is a need for decision makers and employees who have a fundamental understanding of the potential of digital applications and who are able to moderate a process of change in their companies. The project "Digitalisation - Strategy Development Tool for the Digitalisation of SME" makes a tangible contribution towards this with the development of a self-learning tool for these challenges that is freely available online and that can be used directly at the workplace.

Die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaft bringt neue personelle Herausforderungen mit sich. Es werden Entscheider*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen gebraucht, die ein grundlegendes Verständnis für das Potenzial digitaler Anwendungen haben und den Veränderungsprozess in ihrem Unternehmen moderieren können. Das Projekt „Digitalisierung – Strategieentwicklungs-Tool für die Digitalisierung von KMU“ leistet dazu einen konkreten Beitrag, indem es für diese Herausforderungen ein online frei zugängliches Selbstlern-Tool entwickelt hat, das direkt am Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden kann.

Oamenii au o capacitate de învățare uimitoare, dar pe măsură ce îmbătrânim, mai ales la vârsta adultă, motivația noastră tinde să scadă. În copilărie, suntem în mod natural curioși și liberi să explorăm lumea din jurul nostru. Ca adult, ne preocupăm să protejăm ceea ce am învățat pentru a rezista oricărei informații - sau date - care ne-ar contesta părerile și ideile.

Corporate Social Responsibility requires businesses to make responsible choices and limit the negative impact their activities have on the environment. Customers are increasingly aware of the impact their own purchases can have and frequently choose to give their custom to organisations that champion CSR initiatives. Even the smallest of changes can have a big impact. Education providers should think about changes they can make and aim to support the environment as we enter into a greener decade.
