L’INSEE publie en octobre 2015 une « Photographie du marché du travail en 2014 »

Ce document est le fruit de l’enquête Emploi qui a lieu en continu toutes les semaines tant en France métropolitaine que dans les départements d’outre-mer à l’exception de Mayotte, où l’enquête est menée annuellement.

Il s’agit de la seule source permettant de mesurer le chômage au sens du BIT (Bureau International du Travail).

Sute de mii de tinerii care au abandonat școala pot fi atrași să se reîntoarcă în sistemul de învățământ doar prin proiecte flexibile de tipul ’A doua șansă’, care pun accentul pe latura practică a educației și care sunt adaptate nevoilor lor. Aceasta este principala concluzie a conferinței ‘Bune practici în educația celor vulnerabili’, la care au participat aproape 200 de cadre didactice și specialiști în educație. Une retransmission en direct "Web streaming" est prévue pendant la journée.

Attention, la journée se déroule en anglais, aucune traduction n'est prévue.

Il progetto italiano di implementazione dell'Agenda europea per l'apprendimento in età adulta è stato proposto dall'ISFOL come coordinatore nazionale, di concerto con Ministero del Lavoro e Ministero dell'Istruzione, e approvato dalla Commissione Europea - Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA). Il progetto si pone l’obiettivo di rispondere all’esigenza di accrescere il livello di consapevolezza e sensibilizzazione sul tema dell’apprendimento permanente presso i decisori politici a livello territoriale, gli operatori pubblici e privati nell’ambito dell’istruzione e della formazione, le parti sociali, le imprese, gli operatori del terzo settore.

Luxembourg’s vocational education and training (VET) is highly differentiated. Apprenticeships and school-based VET coexist. While some features may seem similar to those in other countries, taking a closer look is important to understand national concepts and terms. Luxembourg’s education and training system reflects its geographic and socioeconomic context: its small size, the close ties with its neighbours, its multilingual nature and high share of foreign nationals, and the well-established cooperation with social partners.

The global crisis has increased unemployment in the EU to unprecedented levels, yet many employers claim they have difficulties finding skilled workers to fill their vacancies. This report shows that most vacancy bottlenecks arise because of factors other than general skill deficits, including job offers of poor quality. Genuine skill shortages affect a small group of dynamic, internationally oriented European enterprises in specific economic sectors (health and social care, ICT, advanced manufacturing).
