Seniorky a seniori proti korupcii

Transparency International Slovensko v spolupráci s Komunitou Zastavme korupciu - Trenčín pozývajú seniorov a seniorky na vzdelávací seminár - Ako byť odolnejší voči korupcii. Uskutoční sa v stredu 6. novembra 2019 so začiatkom o 17:30 hod. v Galérii Vážka na Mierovom námestí v Trenčíne.

Seminár s dvoma prednášajúcimi vo formáte 2-hodinovej prednášky je určený pre záujemcov a záujemkyne v seniorskom veku.

According to Dave Hagendyk from L&W Cymru ‘a Personal Learning Account could make a big difference to you!’

For learners aged over 19 who are in employment but earning under £26,000 a year, a Personal Learning Account is a great way to gain a higher level of skills or switch careers by accessing part-time study on specific courses.

Currently being piloted in two colleges in Wales, it is hoped that it will become available in a wider range of sectors and geographical areas.

Scottish colleges will be welcoming Digital Ambition Roadshows in autumn 2019 – students and staff will be asked what they think learning will look like in the future and their responses will then be used to develop a ‘digital ambition’ for the country. Six colleges will be receiving the roadshows, which are listed in the article.

REALISE is an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership project funded by the European Commission involving 10 universities in Europe and a large number of associate partners. It aims to embed staff mobility in HEIs’ institutional strategies for modernisation and internationalisation, more particularly as a valuable element in the process of “internationalisation at home”, helping raise the awareness of the international dimension of higher education among both academic and administrative staff.

EPALE har varit på Värmdö Kommun och lyssnat på Kerstin Gatu när hon berättar om sina kurser i digital delaktighet för personer med måttlig utvecklingsstörning på Mora folkhögskola. Kerstin Gatu driver nu en fortsättningskurs "Digijag" som bygger på kursen "Anpassad IT-vägen till digital delaktighet". Båda kurserna har fått medel från allmänna arvsfonden.

El pasado 14 de octubre, dos grupos de alumnos del Centro de Educación de Adultos Plus Ultra participaron en una lectura colectiva y su posterior coloquio, con textos de escritoras seleccionados por la Biblioteca Nacional, en concreto por Clara Sanchis, Comisaria de la edición de este año Mujeres, amor y libertad, para celebrar el Día de las Escritoras 2019, y organizada por la Biblioteca Municipal Rafael Azcona de Logroño.

We cannot afford to let the future of our communities, nations or children be determined by post-truth politics, fake-news, myths, algorithms, unicorns, multi-nationals or privileged elites! Dafydd Rhys argues why a revived, broad based and adequately funded network of life-long learning chances are needed to facilitate the rebuilding of communities and address the democratic deficits, both locally, nationally and in workplaces. At the heart of that provision should be an empowering non-partisan democratic engagement curriculum.

6 volunteer organisations from Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary , and Romania started the project “Volunteer Organizations‘ Input to Community Education (VOICE)” under the EU-programme Erasmus+. Within this project partners explored the community education approach practiced by volunteer centers, intercultural centers as well as neighborhood centers, and exchanged their expertise in providing non-formal learning and training opportunities for their communities. As a result of this project they created this E-Book with an input about community education, practical tips on implementation of community education in local communities, the role and success factors of volunteer/neighbourhood/intercultural centers as important providers of community education as well as a good practice collection of learning and training programs offered by the involved partners.

The family learning workforce is noted to have struggled to evidence the impact of their work and that it requires an evidence collecting and sharing model to enable the sector to grow. Cath will be delivering the process model at the EPALE UK and Learning & Work Institute joint annual conference on 23 October 2019.

2019. augusztus 25-28. között került megrendezésre a III. Pécsi Tanuló Fesztivál, melynek idei mottója a „Tanuló közösségek és Közösségi Tanulás” volt. Az első két napon előadásokon és workshopokon vehettek részt az érdeklődők, melyek közül a Civil Közösségek Háza adott otthont több szakmai előadásnak is.
