are currently being trained. It is planned to offer a total of five trainees the opportunity for a short-term internship of two to four weeks. In addition, two graduates who have successfully completed their training can complete a long-term internship of three to twelve months abroad in the EU. For a total of eight specialists of the educational staff, an internship or job shadowing in other EU countries is planned, this mobility should be a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve working days.
The aim of the project is to get to know the education and training models of other EU countries better. Also, the administration is constantly faced with new challenges, be it through digitalization, new EU regulations or with regard to migration peaks. Here it is important to adapt quickly to new situations and react well. A professional stay broadens one's horizon.
Therefore, we are interested in finding new partner organizations to exchange not only trainees or staff, but also knowledge. Do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to hear from you!
