Looking for a partner for job shadowing

Hi,
I work in an organisation called Silta-Valmennus Association in the city of Tampere, Finland. We have a staff mobility project by Erasmus+ (KA1) and we are now looking for a partner for job shadowing. We are especially looking for an organisation working with people in unfavourable social situations (unemployment, mental health issues, etc.).
I have been chosen to visit a suitable organisation in this spring (hopefully May) 2025 to shadow job for four days.
I would like to learn some new methods or learn to think outside of my own box, meet new people, and catch some new ideas how I can work with my customers. At the moment, I´m working in a workshop where we are doing different kind of handcrafts and art with my customers, who are suffering unemployment and different kind of mental health issues and social problems. They come to workshop to rehabilitate and I´m there to engourage and coach them on their way to get back to studies or working life.
