What Employers Want is an innovative programme which brings unemployed young people together with local employers so they get to hear first-hand what skills, qualities and experience are most important to employers when they are recruiting a young person.
The programme adds to the evidence base on what employers want and supports young people to develop a range of skills and improve their chances of entering and progressing in work.
