Westminster Health Forum will be holding a key seminar in London on 12 December 2019, which will consider the health workforce and key issues for the NHS People Plan, focusing on leadership, wellbeing and professional regulation. The event will provide the opportunity to discuss whether the People Plan has the potential to address issues with long-term staffing arrangements. Priorities for recruitment, retention and workforce investment will also be explored.

- Sir James Mackey – Chief Executive of the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
- Kirsten Armit – Chief Operating Officer of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management
- Anita Charlesworth – Director of Research and Economics for The Health Foundation
Tickets are priced at £230+VAT and this includes delegate materials, refreshments over the course of the morning and a PDF copy of the briefing document, which will include transcripts of speeches, question and answers raised at the event and any extra articles submitted by delegates – this document will be sent out approximately twelve working days after the seminar.
