ProtectED assesses work carried out by universities that aims to protect students’ wellbeing, safety and security. It is a not-for-profit enterprise that funds ProtectED Accreditation and the improvement of standards by member institutions.
This event is the second of a series of ProtectED Conversations, which brings together higher education academics, professionals and ProtectED Member institutions to discuss issues affecting student wellbeing and safety. Keynote speakers and ProtectED founding members will share their approaches to improving student experience.

- Lesley O’Keeffe – Brunel University (Founder Member Institution) – will share her approach to student services through the ProtectED Code of Practice
- Oliver Curran and Tracy McAuliffe – UCL – will share success stories concerning prevention and creating good student experiences
- Simon Lee – Teesside & AMOSSHE – will host a workshop that explores resilience in Higher Education settings
