Spread over four Sunday mornings, this course will expose attendees to a range of mindfulness techniques designed to build confidence and reduce stress. These techniques can be used anywhere and by anyone, but may be of particular use to those working in mental health or who act as mental health first aiders in their workplace.

Maple Leaf Counselling and Training Centre, 162 Illshaw Heath Road, Hockley Heath, Solihull, B94 6DL


Attendees can enjoy handouts, meditation cards, mp3s and refreshments that include a selection of coffee, tea and cakes provided by Monsoon Estates. The event will take place in a beautiful setting in Illshaw Heath that will help attendees to relax and get into the spirit of mindfulness.
 

Course prices include the full six hours over the four Sunday mornings and are set at £67.10 per person.
