Boosting Individual Competences - D.R.E.S.F:I. Paper
The D.R.E.S.F:I. Paper which was presented at the November meeting of the CULT Committee in Brussels is a step by step tool to pave the way for persons with low educational skills, for migrants who do not speak the language of the host country or for illiterates. It helps to determine skills and competences of the interviewed person.
In addition to the paper a collection of drawings for jobs and for skills are available as support during the interviews or as didactical support e.g. in language courses.
