Dear EPALE colleagues,

Lifelong learning can take many forms but one of the best ways to develop your skills is through work. Not only does workplace learning help develop skill sets in a changing labour market, but it can also build confidence – which is good news for both employers and employees.
Between 18 and 22 July EPALE had a special focus on workplace learning. During the week, EPALE’s national teams joined forces to showcase blog posts, case studies and practical resources about workplace learning from across Europe. To read more, visit EPALE’s subtheme Workplace learning.
