L'éducation à la démocratie est devenue un thème récurrent. Pour faire le point sur cette thématique, David LOPEZ a interrogé deux associations européennes.

L'UNESCO a publié en 2016 un rapport sur l'objectif 4 des objectifs du développement durable (SDG) "Assurer à tous une éducation équitable, inclusive et de qualité et des possibilités d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie". Ce rapport très complet et avec une dimension concrète effective sert de base de réflexion à des nombreux acteurs en France et en Europe pour créer du bien commun sur la notion d'éducation, formationj tout au long de la vie (Lifelong Learning). Cette étude a été complétée par la déclaration d'INCHEON, opérationnalisant par les Ministres de l'Education le rapport.

TOGETHER, REINVENT WORK-BASED LEARNING – LOOKING FOR KA2 STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Context: Europe and Erasmus+ highlight work-based learning’s interest. This pedagogic modality often informal, commonly used has extensively do its homework but needs to, according to professional qualification’s issues, be rethink, structured and more formalized to further serve the interest of the employee and the company.

Kamišibai (kami – papīrs, šibai – teātris) attēlu teātra dzimtene ir Japāna. Valmieras integrētajā bibliotēkā, pulcējot logopēdus, stāstniekus, bibliotekārus, skolotājus, izglītības iestāžu vadītājus, notika projektā veidotā komplekta atvēršanas svētki.

Cilj programa je usvojiti osnovno znanje te razviti sposobnosti i vještine u području grafičkog dizajna. Obukom se želi postići da polaznici kursa steknu znanja i vještine da samostalno realizuju jednostavnija grafička rješenja i radove i da znaju iste materijalizovati kroz proces štampe.

Takođe, polaznici bi na kraju obuke stekli osnovno znanje i bili u mogućnosti samostalno koristiti dio alata iz Adobe programa (Photoshop, Illustrator), što bi im omogućilo da samostalno realizuju sopstvene grafičke kreacije i zamisli.

Sadržaj obuke:

Comunicarea are o mare semnificație în viața umană. În fiecare zi oamenii comunică, împărtășesc informații relevante și își transmit gândurile. Diferite metode de comunicare pot schimba emoțiile, gândurile și chiar comportamentul uman. În vederea incluziunii sociale de succes a persoanelor cu dizabilități mentale, centrul de activitate al persoanelor cu dizabilități Jonava împreună cu partenerii din Islanda și Ungaria implementează proiectul internațional Erasmus + „Comunicarea este calea către integrare”.

At the end of the summer of 2019, the DIAL project comes to an end presenting not only the expected but also fruitful results with added value. The team has developed an active and demanded teaching platform, has organized pilot tests and actual trainings with the main target groups of the project. Furthermore, the project’s leading partner follows the example and makes first steps towards Senior University in Latvia. 

Współcześnie uczenie się często przyjmuje postać aktywności incydentalnej i wyrywkowej. Nic w tym dziwnego, świat, a szczególnie sektor nowoczesnych technologii cały czas się rozwija, a my próbując nadążyć, ciągle mamy niedosyt wiedzy, umiejętności czy wreszcie kompetencji.

Prva ljetnja škola startapa “Montenegrin Summer Startup School“, pod pokroviteljstvom Ministarstva nauke, Univerziteta Crne Gore i Instituta Konfucije, održaće se od 16. do 23. septembra 2019. godine, u Univerzitetskom sportsko-kulturnom centru. 

Za sve zainteresovane studente prijave su otvorene do 5. septembra. 

Rukovodilac projekta doc. dr Milena Đukanović kaže da je ljetnja škola besplatna za najbolje studente sa Univerziteta Crne Gore, Univerziteta Donja Gorica i Univerziteta Mediteran.

Centar za demokratiju i ljudska prava (CEDEM) raspisao je konkurs za polaznike škole „Rod i bezbjednost“ koja se realizuje u okviru projekta „Inicijativa za osnaživanje žena: edukacijom za rodnu ravnopravnost“. Partneri u projektu, koji će se realizovati od 16. septembra do 16. oktobra u Podgorici, su Crnogorski ženski lobi (CŽL) i Ministarstvo za ljudska i manjinska prava.

2012 The Plungė Municipal Clock Tower Library began a new life, due to the fact, that the library was moved to the reconstructed castle with a clock tower . The clock tower, and now the library are part of the ensemble of Duke Mykolas Oginskis' estate which is located in the city park.

Game-based learning and Nordic learning designs

When we play games, we make mistakes 80% of the time, yet we keep playing. In a (great) game, mistakes a part of the experience of flow; we try, we fail and learn, we adapt our strategies and then we try again until we master the game. But when we work with second-chance adults or disadvantaged young-adult students whom often have difficulties learning, the exact opposite seems true; they might try, they expect to fail, and only sometimes learn to master the subject. So, what happens if we try to apply game mechanics and a sense of flow to learning scenarios for these types of students?

El curso de formación del profesorado del INTEF “La educación de personas adultas: más allá de una visión compensatoria”, que tuvo lugar en julio en Santander –dentro de la programación de la UIMP-, puso sobre la mesa aspectos básicos para la reflexión y el trabajo en el ámbito del aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida: desafíos, fortalezas y oportunidades en educación de adultos, el currículum y su adaptación, evaluación, innovación, metodologías activas y aprendizaje adulto…

The ever-increasing financialization and complexity requires financial literacy to be an integral part of the research agenda and of global policy making, in particular in the EU. SUCCEED's partnership was composed of expert educational organizations such as CONFORM (Italy), BICERO (Slovenia) and FUNIBER (Spain) and a wide range of business support organizations: a business incubator, The Hive(Italy) and many networks of enterprises such as SATEAN(Romania), Italian-Luxembourgish Chamber of Commerce (Luxembourg), RES and CBE (both from Belgium).

Depuis septembre 2018, l'Association des formateurs d'ONG met en œuvre le projet «Formateurs d'ONG compétentes sur le marché européen»  utilisé dans le cadre de la mobilité transnationale du personnel fiable pour la formation des adultes et mis en œuvre à partir des fonds du programme opérationnel Knowledge Education Development sur la base du programme Erasmus + du secteur de la formation des adultes. Communication has great significance in human life. Every day people communicate, share relevant information and convey their thoughts. Various communication methods can change human emotions, thoughts and even behaviour. In pursuit of successful social inclusion of people with mental disabilities the Jonava people with disabilities activity center together with partners from Iceland and Hungary is implementing the Erasmus+ international project “Communication is the path to integration“.

El portal ARASAAC ofrece recursos gráficos y materiales para facilitar la comunicación de aquellas personas con algún tipo de dificultad en este área. Este proyecto es financiado por el Departamento de Educación Cultura y Deporte del Gobierno de Aragón y coordinado por la Dirección General de Innovación, Equidad y Participación de dicho departamento.

U nás se termínu "lidovýchovný" v podstatě vůbec neužívá a případný čtenář může být zmaten ohledně jeho skutečného významu. Původní koncept lidovýchovného vzdělávání je přisuzován Francouzům, ale samotný anglický termín "Popular Education" pochází ze španělského  "educación popular". Tento druh sociálně-kulturního vzdělávání či osvěty v Evropě skutečně nadále existuje, jak ukazuje i taoto publikace.
