На територията на Община Русе са регистрирани 23 читалища, 10 от които в гр. Русе и прилежащите квартали и 13 в останалите населени места.
Дейността им е финансово обезпечена като делегирана от държавата дейност. Ежегодно в общинския бюджет се предвиждат и средства за допълнително финансиране на читалищния продукт. Това позволява на читалищните ръководства да развият основните си просветни, културно-информационни и социални задачи.
With two others organizations, the French Ministry of Culture is building a mobility project which aim is sending French trainers specialized in the management of historic gardens towards organizations of other European countries involved in this field.
The stakes of this project are:
- Creating a European network of people involved in historic gardens management ;
- Enabling the circulation and sharing in Europe of knowledge, know-how and practices around the management of historic gardens ;
We at our institution of adult education are preparing a KA1 project on helping individuals, who never met information technologies during age of formal education on their lack of knowledge on information technologies.
SUPSI-DEASS can have a role of full partner in EU projects such as Horizon 2020 and, where is not possible the full participation(such as in Erasmus+):
as “Third country” in the official application form. In this case the Swiss partner will be funded by European funds and its participation has to be really strategic and well motivated. In this case, then, the Swiss partner is fully in the project since the application form as third country;
Polish NGO is looking for the partners in KA2 projects.
We are interested to be the partner in the project for adults.
The topics are:
culture (the activities of adults, activities between the generations)
healtly life style (how to take care about health, how improve the condtion, the sport activities for seniors)
history and tradition (the cooperation between seniors and young people, knowledge about European history and tradion)
active free time (our hobby- fotography, tourism,Third Age University- how motivate the adults to be more active).

We are interested in becoming partners in a KA104 project related to interculturality and social inclusion. We are a public school which provides education for adults in a penitenciary center, in Galicia (North-West of Spain). Previously, we have taken part in 5 Grundtvig projects with outstanding results in the professional and personal fields. So, our intention is to enrich even more our experience and share it with other partners.

Hi all, I'm writing on behalf of Bingöl Public Training Centre in Turkey.We have a variety of courses including literacy, crafts, foreign languages and music. We also have correspondence students of elementary and upper secondary level. We would like to have projects related to open education(correspondence schools) first of all. However, we are also open to the ideas including other classes (crafts, music, foreign languages, literacy etc.) Actually we would like to have a/some job shadowing visit/s to adult education providers in Europe to observe their practices and exchange ideas.
On 28 November Forum of Adult Education took place in Warsaw, Poland. It was organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System within the framework of activities of the EPALE National Support Service in Poland.
The event was attended by over 150 professionals in the field of adult education. Among them there were: policymakers, trainers, coaches, educators, andragogists, librarians, representatives of culture centres, museums, Universities of the Third Age, NGOs and Sectoral Councils of Competences.
We are the University of the Third Age (seniors 60+) in Białystok, Poland. We have already done 5 international projects.
Among our 600 members there are people of different background and experience. Some of them are disabled people, the others do not use computers or don’t speak foreign languages.
We are interested to become a partner in KA2 projects, exchanging good practice, using digital methods, in the following spheres:
