The establishment of systems for the recognition and validation of all forms of learning has
become one of the central themes in all sectors of education and training. This evolution
reflects various societal changes, in particular the shift from the 'job for life' culture to the
expectation of a succession of jobs throughout a career, often in different occupational areas.
It is also closely related to the need for all active citizens who wish to secure their employment

O projektu ECIL

Projekt ECIL je združil partnerske organizacije iz Velike Britanije, Švedske, Bolgarije, Španije in Slovenije. Kaj bo rezultat projekta? Javno priznano spričevalo, učbenik medgeneracijskega izobraževanja, spletno izobraževanje, uvedba novega področja, izobraževanja o položaju generacij, usposobljeni mentorji.

EMITA konverents „Tõenduspõhine isikukesksus“

EMITA selleaastase konverentsiga soovime pöörata senisest suuremat tähelepanu isikukesksele suhtlemisele just sellistes olukordades ja tööalastes situatsioonides, kus ühel osapoolel on ülesanne või vajadus aidata teisel teha tema elus olulisi ja tihti keerulisi otsuseid muutuda, kuni tema väärtuste ja hoiakute muutmiseni välja.

L'association "Réseau d'échanges interculturels", créé en Mars 2012 par Florence LAURENT propose plusieurs mardi par mois des animations, rencontres, cafés et échanges, individuels ou collectifs, dans une langue étrangère. L’association a pour mission "de créer du lien entre personnes d’ici et d’ailleurs" en échangeant sur les expériences et les connaissances sur la notion de culture; langues, pays, traditions, savoir-faire.

V okviru projekta Slovenska mreža za izobraževanje starejših in medgeneracijsko sodelovanje, ki je deležen podpore Ministrstva za javno upravo in Evropskega socialnega sklada (ESS), je steklo še zadnje medgeneracijsko srečanje (MISS in SUTŽO). Srečanje je potekalo v Ljubljani, 27. maja 2015 in sta ga vodili predsednica Slovenske Univerze za tretje življenjsko obdobje (SUTŽO) Ana Krajnc in vodja projekta Maša Bizovičar. Razgrnilo je pomembna spoznanja. Pričakovali smo različnost, začudeni smo odkrili podobnost. Razumljivo!

Mieszkańcy praktycznie każdej polskiej miejscowości potrzebują przyjaznego miejsca spotkań, lokalnego centrum aktywności i integracji. Atrakcyjnym miejscem spotkań grup nieformalnych przyciągającym osoby w różnym wieku może być biblioteka.

Strona internetowa w języku polskim poświęcona Study circle - szwedzkiej metodzie edukacji dorosłych. Po polsku określa się ją mianem grup samouczących się lub kół samokształceniowych.  W ramach grupy uczestnicy rozwijają umiejętności i dzielą się wiedzą. Stronę prowadzi Centrum Rozwoju Inicjatyw Społecznych CRIS.

In Slovenia, especially rural areas, there are signs of economic self-organisation, whereby education plays a key role. The project-based Learning Parade can thus serve as the framework for applying Slovenian practice from the field of study circles with the aim to build and strengthen learning communities and to foster development.

There is an on-going need to rethink both the definition and the concept of intergenerational learning. It is relatively easy to qualify as intergenerational the type of learning drawing upon resources contributed by the generations involved in an intergenerational practice. The type of intergenerational practice where not only knowledge is exchanged but also new knowledge is constructed in common activities in shared time and space. Recent experience from Slovenian U3A, however, makes us rethink the definition and the concept of intergenerational learning.

Publikacija Študijski krožki kot prispevek k razvoju lokalne skupnosti je plod sodelovanja in povezovanja med študijskimi krožki, ki pod okriljem Andragoškega centra Slovenije (ACS) letos praznujejo dvajsetletnico delovanja. Primeri dobre prakse v njej sporočajo, da majhna skupina pod določenimi pogoji lahko prispeva k razvoju, čeprav se razvoj danes pričakuje predvsem od države, podjetij ali, recimo, Evrope.

CINAGE, a European Grundtvig project, European film for active ageing – supported by European Commission – has brought us back to theorising intergenerational learning. Some researchers argue that intergenerational learning occurs when one generation learns about another generation, when several generations learn about each other. Yet, at Slovenian Third Age University, dwelling upon our experiential knowledge and our reflection following experience, we have theorised intergenerational learning in a different way.

Webinar: Innovative digitale Methoden in der politischen Erwachsenenbildung

Zur Zeit entstehen zahlreiche innovative Online-Bildungsformate. Dazu gehören beispielsweise MOOCs, der Flipped Classroom oder Webinare. Offenheit, Partizipation, Vernetzung und ggf. Internationalität gehören zu den Merkmalen der neuen Bildungsformate. Die Chancen und Herausforderungen der neuen Ansätze lassen sich für viele ErwachsenenbildnerInnen noch schwer abschätzen. 

One of the greatest challenges in education today is to adapt and respond to a linguistically and culturally diverse world, and to combat social disintegration and discrimination. Participatory and collaborative action research represents an empowering and emancipatory approach to this challenge because the ‘target groups’ become involved as equal partners. This book provides guidance for trainers of youth and adult educators and for those who manage non-formal education and curriculum development programmes in youth and adult literacy.

  • Explains why recognition is important and of value to individuals and groups across countries through a variety of approaches
  • Emphasises the multiplicity of forms of recognition, addressing a broad range of purposes
  • Examines how countries engage with facilitating the integration and empowerment of marginalised social groups and individuals and strengthening their motivation for lifelong learning and participation in the knowledge society
  • Highlights the shared elements of recognition across countries, cultures and contexts in order to promote the continuous excha

In order to move the commitments in the Belém Framework for Action forward, the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning, on behalf of UNESCO, took the initiative to develop with Member States the UNESCO Guidelines on the Recognition, Validation and Accreditation (RVA) of the Outcomes of Non-formal and Informal Learning (UIL, 2012).

De obicei, atunci când discutăm despre învățare, ne gândim la școală. Pentru majoritatea dintre noi, partea de educație formală este dominantă, estompând perspectiva noastră asupra altor forme și moduri de învățare, care sunt mai relevante pentru adulți. Într-adevăr, adulții învață în școli și săli de clasă, dar învață și  la locul de muncă, utilizând calculatorul, acasă, practicând un sport sau un hobby etc. Putem fi conștienți de învățare, dar fără să știm că învățăm. Una peste alta, învățăm peste tot și tot timpul.

Nüüd on õige aeg märgata inimesi, kes õppimise läbi on oma elu muutnud ning esitada neid aasta õppija kandidaadiks.

Iga inimese elulugu ongi tema õppimise lugu. Elu näitab, et tunnustuse saanud õppijate lood on olnud paljudele inimestele julgustuseks ja innustuseks, et jätkata poolelijäänud õpinguid või alustada täiesti uue eriala omandamist.
