Arī pieaugušo neformālajai izglītībai izvirzīts nosacījums – tās atbilstība valsts un darba devēju, kā arī personības izaugsmes interesēm. Tas, cik labā līmenī tiks īstenota pieaugušo mācību programma, lielā mērā atkarīgs no publiskā iepirkuma ceļā izvēlētā pakalpojuma sniedzēja. From 15–19 August 2016 EPALE had a special focus on the theme non-formal and informal learning. The themed week was an opportunity for adult learning professionals from across Europe to raise awareness about the importance of non-formal and informal learning.

Mitteformaalse ja informaalse õppimise osas infot ja mõtteid vahetades tuleb kindlasti kasuks veidi lähem tutvumine õppimisvõimalustega mõnes vabatahtlikus ühenduses. Valisin selleks näiteks Eesti suurima liikmeskonnaga naisorganisatsiooni Naiskodukaitse.

Septembri alguses täitub Naiskodukaitsel 89. aastaring ja minul saab täis 23 aastat vabatahtlikku liikmelisust selles organisatsioonis. Ajastus näib igati sobivat selleks, et kirjutada läheneva aastapäeva tähistamiseks Naiskodukaitsest mitteformaalse ja informaalse õppimise kontekstis.

Corrymeela is Northern Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation organisation. We began before “The Troubles” and continue on in Northern Ireland’s changing post–conflict society. Through a range of different learning models people are brought together in an environment where they could live, talk, work and play together, with the experience supporting the break down of barriers that separated them.

Advice NI over the last 21 years has become a pillar of training within the community and voluntary sector of Northern Ireland. In 2013 Advice NI launched its first informal learning based project where learners direct the content of the programme. The project, Supporting Active Engagement, focuses on getting older people online by providing a 10-12 week tablet class that is delivered by volunteers.

Educator Louis Debono teaches in both formal and non-formal environments and greatly believes in the benefits and importance of both. As a teacher at De La Salle Sixth Form, in Malta, he uses formal learning on a daily basis, however he is also a champion for non-formal learning in his roles as a trainer for youth workers and volunteers for the European Volunteer Service, and a human rights trainer within the Council for Europe. Here he shares his experiences.

The seminar will bring together adult education professionals (Adult Education Field) and youth workers (Youth Field) from the participating European countries who want to explore the use of non-formal and informal learning in their practice, and look at opportunities for validation and recognition of that learning.

Tali eventi, ispirati al modello Meet Me At MoMA (Museum of Modern Art, New York), offrono gratuitamente alle persone affette da demenza e ai loro familiari, amici e operatori di sostegno, opportunità di apprendimento informale e di socializzazione.

La confianza y las estrategias de aprendizaje personal juegan un papel fundamental en el aprendizaje eficaz de aptitudes lingüísticas y de lectura y escritura. Sin embargo, muchos alumnos carecen de estrategias y confianza, lo que reduce significativamente el impacto de la enseñanza formal. Y, lo que es aún más importante, limita enormemente la capacidad de los alumnos para implicarse en el aprendizaje autónomo a largo plazo necesario para mantener las aptitudes lingüísticas y de lectura y escritura durante toda la vida. ¿Qué podemos hacer al respecto? El proyecto Erasmus+ Autonomous Literacy Learners: Sustainable Results se ha dispuesto a investigar el potencial de la orientación sin instrucción.

Pewność siebie i osobiste strategie edukacji odgrywają kluczową rolę w efektywnym nabywaniu umiejętności czytania i pisania oraz w nauce języków obcych. Wielu uczniów nie dysponuje jednak ani strategiami, ani pewnością siebie. W znacznym stopniu zmniejsza to oddziaływanie formalnych instrukcji. Co ważniejsze, znacznie ogranicza zdolność ucznia do podejmowania długoterminowej, autonomicznej edukacji potrzebnej do podtrzymania alfabetyzmu i umiejętności językowych przez całe życie. Co można w tej sprawie zrobić? Oto projekt Erasmus+ o nazwie Autonomiczna nauka czytania i pisania — trwałe wyniki, który ma na celu zbadanie potencjału nieukierunkowanego coachingu.

La fiducia in se stessi e le strategie personali di apprendimento giocano un ruolo fondamentale per un’alfabetizzazione e un apprendimento linguistico efficaci. Per molti discenti tuttavia le carenze a livello di strategie personali di apprendimento e di fiducia in se stessi costituiscono ancora uno scoglio insuperabile e riducono drasticamente l’impatto dell’insegnamento formale. Soprattutto tali carenze limitano notevolmente la capacità dei discenti di impegnarsi a lungo termine nell’apprendimento autodidattico, requisito fondamentale per sostenere durante l’intero arco della vita le capacità di lettura e scrittura e le competenze linguistiche. Cosa possiamo fare per vincere questa sfida? Il progetto ALL-SR (Autonomous Literacy Learners – Sustainable Results) di Erasmus+ è stato concepito appositamente per indagare sulle potenzialità del coaching non direttivo.

Plus important encore, cela limite sérieusement la capacité des apprenants à s'engager dans l'apprentissage autodirigé à plus long terme nécessaire pour assurer l'alphabétisation et le développement de compétences linguistiques tout au long de la vie. Que pouvons-nous faire face à ce problème? Le projet Erasmus+, Autonomous Literacy Learners – Sustainable Results (autonomie des apprenants en alphabétisation - résultats durables) vise à enquêter sur le potentiel d'un coaching non directif.

Basado en el modelo del Museo de Arte Moderno (MOMA) de Nueva York denominado «Meet Me At MoMA», se ofrece una oportunidad de aprendizaje informal y social gratuito para personas que padecen demencia, sus familiares, amigos o asistentes.

Confidence and personal learning strategies play a key role in effective literacy and language learning. Many learners, however, lack both strategies and confidence. It severely limits the ability of learners to engage in the longer-term self-directed learning needed to sustain literacy and language skills across the lifespan. What can we do about this? Bazując na modelu Spotkajmy się w MoMA (Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej, Nowy Jork), stanowią one darmową okazję zdobywania nieformalnej edukacji i prowadzenia życia towarzyskiego dla osób z demencją, ich rodzin, znajomych i pracowników socjalnych.
