Projekt Silver Civic Education SCE (Erasmus +, 2017 - 2019) opierał się na diagnozie, że najważniejszym powodem wykluczenia osób starszych są niewystarczające, szeroko rozumiane umiejętności komunikacyjne. Ta kategoria obejmuje również trudności ze zrozumieniem mediów i oficjalnych wiadomości i dokumentów, brak możliwości dotarcia do potrzebnych informacji, brak umiejętności cyfrowych, umiejętność posługiwania się językami obcymi oraz formułowanie wiadomości, które odpowiadają potrzebom współczesnego odbiorcy.
Intercultural Communication in Education
The beginning of the training will give an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better, after that will follow an introduction of the training program and objectives.
The following session will examine the notion of culture, the relation between the culture and the language and the importance of understanding cultural differences. Thanks to informal methodologies we will analyse some effective intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills required to build relationships.

SHEP have used Erasmus+ Adult Education funding to support staff training and professional development since 2014. We are Latvian adult high school, called the Jelgava district Correspondence School, and are located in Jelgava region.
We are working with the training method as distance learning and use the Moodle system of distance learning provision.

Erasmus+ projekta "Inovācijas pieaugušo izglītībā Daugavpils pašvaldībā" ietvaros no 2019.gada 4.novembra līdz 8.novembrim notika darba vērošanā Portugālē, Lisabonā un Montijo. Darba vērošanā piedalījās pieci Daugavpils pilsētas Izglītības pārvaldes darbinieki. Portugālē mums bija iespēja iepazīties ar dažādu institūciju darbu. Jo Latvijā ir ļoti svarīgi nodrošināt kvalitatīvu un visiem pieejamu pieaugušo izglītību.

Therefore the recognition of that knowledge, skills and competences is a very important issue for the development of competitiveness, employment and social cohesion in the European community.

The activities of the project "Compare Digital curricula for HEalth and Social Care Education" enabled 4 organizations from 3 partner countries to meet, compare and discuss the different digital curricula they use within their courses. The difference in the level of development of the different organizations, helped partners share experience and apply suitable content in their organizations.

The "WEB PER TUTTI" Social Promotion Association has been operating in Sulmona (Italy) for almost 4 years. Its activities range over the following subject: narrowing of the digital divide, responsible use of the network, social inclusion and new behaviours towards the working world. The Association offers to its members (mostly over 60 adults) and to the entire city community several projects about various themes: art, foreign languages, drama, computer studies, etc.
