Erasmus+ KA1 mobility project for adult professionals: partners search on Project Proposal: CANVAS, COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION SYSTEMS

Objectives of the project

Our mobility project aims to perform training and job-shadowing visits (3 to 5 days each) in a receiver organization to allow our professionals (8 peoples), expert in competence assessment, to deepen their knowledge and allow them to do further experiences.

Training and job shadowing visits are expected to last approximately .


Training and job shadowing action requested  topics:

•            methods to identify competencies to be assessed in formal, informal and not formal contexts


Our school is a state, adult education provider that offers a wide variety of courses for students aged 18 to 99 years old:

-Basic litteracy and numeracy skills

-General culture

-Basic ICT

-Economy and politics



-Languages (English, Valencian, Spanish as a foreign language)


-Artistic workshops: sewing, pottery, painting, pottery, furniture restoration, patchwork, handicrafts

​-Secondary school diploma

На територията на Община Русе са регистрирани 23 читалища, 10 от които в гр. Русе и прилежащите квартали и 13 в останалите населени места.

Дейността им е финансово обезпечена като делегирана от държавата дейност. Ежегодно в общинския бюджет се предвиждат и средства за допълнително финансиране на читалищния продукт. Това позволява на читалищните ръководства да развият основните си просветни, културно-информационни и социални задачи.

In 2016, December 16th-22nd the group of 5 teachers from Vilnius „Židinio“ Gymnasium for Adults participated in the courses for improving competences „New ways of improving creativity of adult learners“ in Portugal, Lisbon. Distant South European country was chosen deliberately – gymnasium for adults had had good experiences in cooperating with the organizations of this country and it had been known that the joys and difficulties, which are encountered by the employees of both educational systems, are quite similar.

2016 metų gruodžio 16-22 dienomis Vilniaus „Židinio“ suaugusiųjų gimnazijos 5 mokytojų grupė dalyvavo kvalifikacijos tobulinimo kursuose Portugalijoje, Lisabonoje, tema apie suaugusiųjų besimokančiųjų kūrybiškumą „New ways of improving creativity of adult learners“. Tolima Europos Pietų šalis pasirinkta neatsitiktinai – gimnazija turėjo geros bendradarbiavimo patirties su šios šalies įstaigomis ir iš patirties buvo žinoma, kad džiaugsmai bei sunkumai, su kuriais susiduria abiejų šalių švietimo sistemos darbuotojai, yra gana panašūs.

On 28 November Forum of Adult Education took place in Warsaw, Poland. It was organized by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System within the framework of activities of the EPALE National Support Service in Poland.

The event was attended by over 150 professionals in the field of adult education. Among them there were: policymakers, trainers, coaches, educators, andragogists, librarians, representatives of culture centres, museums, Universities of the Third Age, NGOs and Sectoral Councils of Competences.

Togetherness, motivation and democracy in and through schools

A course for teachers and teaching professionals primarily from other countries than Denmark wishing to explore concepts of togetherness and democracy in and through schools and to see how educational practice in these areas can be strengthened in their own countries. An international course designed primarily for professionals, teachers, and student teachers from other countries. It will explore core concepts of Danish educational theory and practice that are foreign to many outsiders such as togetherness, democracy in school, enlightenment for life and the living word. One aim to explore how these core concepts might find practical application in other contexts and cultures. There will be a strong emphasis on togetherness and the course will run parallel with other courses for Danish teaching professionals. This will allow plenty of opportunities for formal and informal exchanges. Focus ares will be: Day 1: Togetherness - what is it? Day 2: Introducing Danish education and democracy in school Day 3: Experiencing togetherness and democracy in free schools Day 4: Workshops on practical implementation The course will include visits to local free schools, evening entertainment, a shared lecture and workshop with Danish teachers etc. The course will be held in English and is open for all. Процесите по дейността включват ремонтни работи на автомобили и възстановяване на заводския вид на коли, подмяна на части, разпъване на смачкани шасита, боядисване и др.

| František Janeba stáří jako když najdeš. Tu větu jsem slyšel už dávno, ještě jako malý kluk. Měla mne motivovat k tomu, abych se učil. Nemotivovala. Nechápal jsem totiž její význam. Až mnohem později mi došlo, že to znamená, že to, co se naučím, se mi jednou může hodit. A na tom asi něco bude.
