Loïc Martin est cadre supérieur de santé, formateur à IFCS (Institut de Formation des Cadres de Santé) du CHU de Rouen, doctorant en Sciences de l’éducation et de la formation à l’université de Rouen. Ses interventions en formation portent notamment sur la formation des adultes et le développement du numérique dans le champ de la santé. Ses recherches interrogent la place du numérique dans les pratiques des soignants à l’hôpital.

The objective of this paper is to present the different possibilities for the application of modern web 2.0 tools in e-learning. The paper starts by explaining and defining the basic concepts of nonformal learning and e-learning 2.0, going on to explain nonformal learning mediated by technologies. It concludes with an explication of the concept of personal learning environments as a proposal for a contemporary solution for e-learning. An overview is also given of the most commonly-used 2.0 tools, along with the implications for their use in modern education.
Das Tagungsthema, die These "Daten sind das neue Geld" von Viktor Mayer-Schönberger impliziert, die Daten gehören uns, sie sind Geld wert und wer sie nutzt, muss dafür bezahlen. Mit der DSGVO 2018 kam erstmals breit ins Bewusstsein, dass die Menschen nicht Nutzer sondern Eigner ihrer Daten sind. Vom 05.-07. März 2020 organisiert die Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung (bpb) in Kooperation mit dem Projekt Bildung.Netz.Politik des Hessischen Volkshochschulverbandes ihre erste Digi-Konferenz unter der Überschrift „Die Zukunft in der wir leben wollen?!“. Ziele der Veranstaltung sind ein Austausch über gesellschaftliche Veränderungen durch digitale Technologien, Chancen und Herausforderungen für Demokratie und Gesellschaft sowie Vorstellung, Diskussion und Entwicklung möglicher Herangehensweisen politischer Bildung zur Bearbeitung der digitalen Transformationen.
