Vsebuje osnovne informacije in napotila na spletne strani o možnostih financiranja s sredstvi EU v obdobju 2014–2020, predvsem pa pojasni:

  • kje in kako zaprositi za sredstva,
  • druga splošna pravila (upravičenost itd.).

S rostoucí evropskou integrací se rozšiřuje i přeshraniční působení v oblasti kariérového poradenství. Desátý seminář Euroguidance Cross Border na téma „Guidance Crossing Borders“, uspořádaný 9.-10. června v Retzu/Dolní Rakousko, byl věnován rozmanitým formám, kterými kariérové poradenství v Evropě překračuje nejrůznější tradiční hranice.

As Europe grows closer together, the field of educational guidance is also extending its reach beyond borders. The tenth Euroguidance Cross Border Seminar was held from June 9-10 in Retz/Lower Austria in keeping with the motto "Guidance Crossing Borders" and dedicated itself to the manifold ways in which educational and vocational guidance counselling in Europe is crossing various traditional boundaries.

10 Jahre Europass

Vor zehn Jahren wurde das Europass Rahmenkonzept ins Leben gerufen. Seine fünf Dokumente helfen, Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen grenzüberschreitend darzustellen und sind damit ein wichtiger Baustein von Mobilität in Europa. Anlässlich des Jubiläums findet am Nachmittag des 27.09.2015 in Bad Neuenahr ein Festakt statt, bei dem bisherige Erfolge gefeiert und zukünftige Herausforderungen diskutiert werden.

Nesta publicação são apresentados os resultados da segunda edição do Inquérito à Educação e Formação de Adultos, realizada em 2011, e uma caracterização detalhada da população residente em Portugal no que respeita à participação em atividades de aprendizagem ao longo da vida. A aprendizagem ao longo da vida constitui um objetivo europeu estratégico, inicialmente definido na Estratégia de Lisboa, e confirmado na Estratégia Europa 2020, a qual, no âmbito da Agenda para novas competências e empregos, requer mais informação, e mais harmonizada, na área da educação, formação e aprendizagem da população adulta. Neste contexto, foi desenvolvido o Inquérito à Educação e Formação de Adultos, inquérito comunitário, para que a União Europeia e os Estados-Membros passassem a dispor de um conjunto de dados harmonizados, dos pontos de vista concetual e metodológico, sobre a educação, formação e aprendizagem de adultos. Tratando-se de um inquérito realizado em todos os Estados-Membros da União Europeia, procurou-se também posicionar o país no contexto europeu em matéria de educação, formação e aprendizagem. Tratando-se da segunda edição deste inquérito, privilegiou-se, sempre que possível, uma perspetiva comparativa com os resultados da primeira edição, realizada em 2007.

Mit dem Erasmus+ Programmleitfaden gibt es nun ein umfangreiches Dokument, das einerseits einen Überblick zum Programm gibt, mit detaillierten Informationen zu den einzelnen geförderten Aktionen.

Weiters werden AntragstellerInnen Schritt für Schritt durch die Einreichung der Anträge geführt. Interessierte Organisationen könnten sich somit umfassend über die Möglichkeiten der finanziellen Förderungen im Rahmen von Erasmus+ und die entsprechenden Bestimmungen und Bedingungen für eine Bewilligung informieren

Incheon, Republic of Korea, 21 May: A transformative vision for education over the next 15 years has been adopted at the World Education Forum. The Incheon Declaration was welcomed by the global education community, including government ministers from more than 100 countries, non-governmental organizations and youth groups. It encourages countries to provide inclusive, equitable, quality education and life-long learning opportunities for all.

Globalised and rapidly changing labour markets need a skilled and mobile workforce that can continuously develop their knowledge, skills and competences to thrive and prosper in this increasingly competitive landscape. Through the Copenhagen process on enhanced European cooperation in vocational education and training (VET) that was launched in 2002, the Commission has been working together with the Member States and the social partners to improve the performance, quality and attractiveness of VET.

Na Andragoškem centru Slovenije (ACS) so v okviru raziskave PIAAC (Programme for the International Assesment of Adult Competences) izdali slovenski prevod OECD-jevega priročnika Raziskava spretnosti odraslih: vodnik za bralca. S prevodom priročnika hočejo raziskovalcem, izobraževalcem in drugim strokovnjakom podrobneje predstaviti metodologijo, vzorčni načrt in možnosti primerjave s prejšnjimi raziskavami spretnosti odraslih in povezave z raziskavo PISA (Programme for International Student Assesment).

The ARALE Project (2013) aimed to collect awareness raising and advocacy activities for adult education in Europe directed at the general public, at specific target groups and at policy-makers. The main objectives of the project were to create:

EAEA Secretary-General Gina Ebner interviewed Dr. Katarina Popovic at the European Development
Days that took place in Brussels in June 2015. Dr. Popovic warns that the moment of truth for global adult education is here. She appeals to European governments and to European civil society to fight for the existence of true lifelong learning. “It is a European responsibility to raise the issue of financing adult education”, she says.
