Miről szól „A TANULÁS JÖVŐJE MOOC”? A mindennapi pedagógiai gyakorlat digitális eszközökkel való támogatásáról és arról, hogy tanárok együttműködnek tanárokkal, tanulnak egymástól és közösen gondolkodnak a saját gyakorlatukról. Azt gondoljuk, hogy a pedagógiát nem a digitális eszközök, hanem a pedagógusok gondolkodása, szemléletformálása változtatja meg, a változás kulcsa maga a pedagógus. Ezért a kurzus arról szól, hogy hogyan és milyen célra tudjuk jól használni a technológiai eszközöket. A kurzus moduljai épp ezért nem egyes digitális eszközökhöz, hanem horizontális, mindenkit érintő témákhoz kapcsolódnak.

Searching for a partner or partners for KA 2 project in Adult Education

We are looking for partners with an interest in the project below and expertise in non-formal or informal education, networking between adult schools, working life and society and/or developing tailor made electronic learningplatforms. Would it not be fantastic to have plenty of ears, eyes and hands in your classroom to truly facilitate the learning process of each individual learner based on their personal and professional perspective? The partnership between the adult education schools from Belgium, Finland, Spain and Sweden is working on developing a project on a flexible and individualized teaching model in adult education where students' abilities and needs as individual collaborative learners are central. Based on our experiences, we know that centers for adult educations in different countries are trying to solve similar challenges in different ways. We want to investigate this and see what the best practices are in different countries so we can integrate them in a toolkit for an open and modern adult educational/teaching model. The goal of the project is to contribute to developing an answer to ERASMUS’ priority in the area of adult education on increasing the offers of good and qualitative adult education in Europe. The project is aimed at innovation of classroom practices where adult students function as complex agents, and adult educators as a team of skilled facilitators. The idea is based on the Open Class model (a flexible and individualized educational model) that has been developed in Belgium and is being developed in Sweden as we speak. Our partnership is driven by democratic values and the strong desire to live in a society where each and every individual has the chance to become a lifelong learner who has the tools to be an autonomous member of society. As teachers and educators we hope to do much more than teach knowledge and skills; we want to be and support learners who can learn self-governing, cooperatively, and form a community. In short: we want to live together respectfully in a healthy, open, and tolerant culture.

For the first time in Turkey, a "Fire extinction" course for adults opened in Kadirli Adult Education Center. A total of 30 trainees, including municipal fire brigade staff and citizens, attended the training.
In the course, theoretical and practical training was given by trainees on worker health, work safety, intervention to forest fires, communication in forest fires, and the use of protective equipment during fire intervention.

Erasmus+ - ROMAE – Role Models in Adult Education General Aim The project aims at building a network of positive reference figures for adult education. Such figures will contribute to adult education activities aiming at social inclusion and active citizenship according to the fundamental values of the European Union. They will act as narrators of their own stories of social redemptions and bearers of common values in all institutions where adult education takes place, such as schools, associations, etc. Implementation The projects aims at supporting improving and enriching skills and knowledge of educators working with disadvantaged, socially excluded, marginalized and/or deprived adults. Staff of partner institutions will meet in workshops aiming at research and study of figures that can be elected as symbols of resilience. Through exchange and discussion participants will outline criteria, themes and features of the rference figures. They will single out persons and educational methodologies to make them closer to adults learners. It is not exclude, if possbile, the participation of the reference figures themselves to take part in mobilities or educational activities carried out in partner organisations. Workshops will make use of active methodologies: cooperative learning, debates, flipped classroom. Joint Staff Training Events 1° Florence, project detailed presentation, sharing criteria, designing common working tools such as internet site, fora, repositories, etc. 2° Florence, first JSTE devoted to the core project activities 3°, 4°, 5°, 6° JSTEs in aprtner countries 7° Florence summary of the experience, presentation of materials: profiles of reference figures, educational methodologies using them Outputs Profiles and features of some reference figures for each country and educational methodologies guidelines will be kept available and freely accessible on the project’s website.

It is a sewing course for adults and trainees to learn sewing.

Besides, since the course is open in cooperation with the Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR), our trainees who attend training receive a daily fee.
Thus, the trainees continue the course steadily. It makes training more efficient.

Another aim of the course is that trainees have a profession after the training is over.

Polyglot Gathering alebo Stretnutie polyglotov je neformálne podujatie, ktoré spája polyglotov (ľudí hovoriacich viacerými jazykmi) a milovníkov cudzích jazykov z celého sveta. Je to päťdňové podujatie plné prednášok, workshopov a spoločenských aktivít pre každého, kto má rád jazyky! Podujatie sa koná len raz ročne. Zatiaľ sa konalo 3x v Berlíne, 3x v Bratislave a tohto roku sa bude konať po prvýkrát v susednom Poľsku, v obci Teresin, neďaleko Varšavy.

Si chacun a sa méthode d’apprentissage qui lui convient – certains sont plus réceptifs aux supports audio, d’autres aux supports visuels –, beaucoup s’accordent à dire que l'apprentissage kinesthésique – le style d'apprentissage actif – s’avère être le plus efficace pour la mémorisation. Bien souvent, on se souvient mieux des choses lorsqu'on peut les associer à une action physique ou à une découverte active. L'apprentissage kinesthésique n'est pas seulement bénéfique pour les enfants, les adultes ont également tendance à mieux apprendre lorsqu'ils sont activement impliqués dans le sujet.
