V rámci projektu “Zlepši svoj jazyk, zlepši seba, zlepši svoje mesto” zastrešeného Európskym zborom solidarity sa zopár mladých dobrovoľníkov a pracovníkov E@I hovoriach viacerými cudzími jazykmi rozhodlo zdieľať metódy učenia sa cudzieho jazyka nadobudnuté počas samoučenia sa i rôznych medzinárodných konferencií, študentom stredných škôl. Okrem toho im tento projekt sprístupnil i účasť na dobrovoľníckych stážach v zahraničí a ponúkol možnosť stať sa dobrovoľníkom vo viacerých regionálnych aktivitách E@I.

The Ubele Initiative works with disadvantaged communities, most notably black and minority ethnic (BME) communities, providing an alternative view of adult education delivery through the lens of intergenerational practice-based learning. The Sankofa Intergenerational Learning Hub (TSILH) involved working with 110 participants on five leadership and learning courses in Athens, Greece and Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is the transformation of society through the participation of individuals as co-creator of learning that TSILH sought to challenge in contrast to the traditional approach to learning, where the learner is often seen as object rather than the author of their journey.

The digitalisation of society is transforming everyday life. Non-formal learning spaces and organisations are changing the way they reach and support their cohorts. Educators are looking for ways to effective, technology-enhanced services that support their work. However, many of them are not ready to make the most of digital technologies to support young peoples’ personal and social development. To help organisations to strategically plan and improve their use of digital technologies we developed several easy-to-use tools. Our Digital Learning Planning Toolkit includes:

Searching for secondary schools/ pedagogical university as project partners for the project called "Thinking beyond Polarities – bye, Polarity"

The goal of this project is to counteract the progressive polarization in politics and society with the help of education. For this project we are still looking for a secondary school as project partner- due to the geographical balance, we prefer schools from Poland or Hungary or a pedagogical university - preferably located in Sweden or other Nordic countries.

This web clinic happens in the context of the project "Volunteering Management Expedition (VolExpo)", a project that aims to improve the methodological competences of volunteer managers and coordinators (both paid and unpaid) by collecting methods and tools that correspond to their skills needs from at least 9 European countries.

In this web clinic, volunteer coordinators will come together to discuss the tools they use in their organizations and the tools the project has identified as valuable to manage and supervise volunteers.

29. februārī un 1. martā Krāslavas Kultūras namā fotogrāfs Anatols Kauškalis (Ukrainas foto mākslinieku nacionālā savienība) piedāvāja interesentiem uz kādu laiku iejusties kinooperatoru kursa studentu lomā, kā arī scenārista, režisora un savas idejas vizuālās realizācijas izpildītāja ādā. Meistarklasē piedalījās 10 fotogrāfi no Rīgas, Rēzeknes, Viļakas, Daugavpils, Andrupenes, Krāslavas un Jaunjelgavas. Nelielais dalībnieku skaits nodrošināja ne tikai individuālo pieeju katram fotogrāfam, bet arī rezultatīvu diskusiju.
