BECAUSE WE CAN ! – CREATIVITY TECHNIQUES IN WORKING WITH YOUTH – training course

For whom: youth and youth workers organizations from Erasmus+ Programme countries (min. 3 participants from each organization)
The project is designed for youth workers who want to learn more about creativity techniques in working with youngsters.
During 8-days training course the participants from 8-10 partner organizations are going to experience in practice the elements of creativity techniques, eg. creativity training, working with creative tools like movie making, photography, theatre and drama improvisation. Each tool and method will be also illustrated by the examples from real work with youth groups. The participant will also get know-how about using the creativity techniques in everyday working with youth.
The TC will be led by professional trainers experienced in the field of creativity and youth working. In our methodology we emphasize the importance of creativity as a tools for developing social skills like communication, cooperation, and problem solving among young people.
The participant of TC will also have a chance to exchange their experience of youth workers with international group, as well as take part in intercultural events presenting their countries and organizations and sightsee Kraków – one of the most beautiful places in Poland - during city game organized by young people cooperating with RAMPA Association.
Who is this for?
- The training program is designed especially for: Youth workers and youth leaders (or people interested in working with youth)
- People interested in social skills development among young people
- People interested in working with youth groups of all themes - culture, sport, youth entertaining, …
But without any requirements?
- Nope, there are some conditions:
- min. 3 participants (preferably of both sexes female and male) from each organization, fluent in English
- age of participants: over 21
- having already experience in working with youth
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the lump sum based on distance calculator (if the travel costs are higher than a lump sum, participant or partner organization should cover the difference), accommodation and food are provided by the hosting organization. For participants with disabilities the travel costs of assistants will be covered 100% (if applicable).
