Report from the jobshadowing in Tallinn

On 3 and 4 June 2019, Miryam de Hoo and Riet Thijssen visited the NA Erasmus + of Estonia in Tallinn for a jobshadowing. Miryam and Riet are both consultants of the National Agency (NA) Erasmus + Education & Training Netherlands and work within the adult education sector.

During the job shadowing they talked with the program manager of the Adult Education Department and two fellow consultants of the Estonian NA. In addition, they met various project leaders of mobility projects (KA1) and strategic partnerships (KA2).

They’d like to share their experiences with Erasmus + project applicants in adult education about the value, preparation and potential bottlenecks of job shadowing. Read more about the knowledge and experience gained and get inspired by a jobshadowing.

Dear Colleagues, I note in you attachement on page 5 you say "Adult education largely follows the curricular structure for young learners."
When you compare adult education in Estonia with adult education in the Netherlands - do you think the close link between the curriculum for young learners and adult learners is a good strategy or not?
