Ireland’s people are renowned for their use of language, both in its spoken and written form. Land and sea have inspired musicians, writers and storytellers since ancient times and still do today.
‘Living Stories’ explores Ireland’s own story and stories of personal resilience from the beautiful region of West Cork, a chosen life destination of various people with different backgrounds but with a common vision of Sustainable Living and Being in Touch with Nature.

The facilitators will share their own knowledge and skills acquired in adapting to new environments and life shifting events and choices.
This learning experience will inspire participants to “nurture” and tell their own unique stories of resilience and those of their communities through a combination of:

field trips to sustainable enterprises
daily English language classes
mindfulness sessions
collaborative music-making
performance improvisation
digital and traditional storytelling
training in effective communication and conflict resolution

And Let's celebrate Summer Solstice in a Stone Circle, listening and telling stories!
