Signal Processing and Communications Applications (SİU) Conference is the most prominent scientific meeting on signal processing and communications in Turkey. The conference brings together academia and industry professionals as well as students and researchers to present and discuss state-of-the-art solutions and research results on existing and future signal processing and telecommunication systems and applications. The 28th IEEE Conference on Signal Processing and Communications Applications will be hosted by Istanbul Medipol University from 20-22 April 2020 in Shimall Hotel and Conference Center, Gaziantep, Turkey. The conference will feature oral and poster sessions and special sessions in all areas of signal processing and communications theory, systems and applications. The submitted papers should be written in Turkish (or in English if either mother language of at least one author of the paper is different than Turkish or the first author’s affiliation is not from Turkey) and should not be more than four pages. Authors will upload their papers on the SİU-2020 server through the conference web page. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore database.

In addition to the comprehensive list of topics given below, the conference is open to original research papers in any theoretical and application area of signal processing and communications.
