The Akademie für Politische Bildung und demokratiefördernde Maßnahmen and an Italian partner are looking for a coordinator from a Nordic country for the project "Tolerance meets Europe" (KA2 best practice). In this project, examples of good practice are compiled that relate to the different interactive situations related to tolerance.
This project aims to support adult educators in improving the culture of tolerance and respect for diversity in the groups of their learners.
Compile the best training approaches, including various educational methods such as advocay, debate and no hate speach, to improve the skills of adult educators in teaching adults and to improve their ability to participate effectively and constructively in their own social and professional life, especially in an increasingly diverse society ,
Specific goals are: Improvement and enrichment of teaching aids in adult education for trainers and employees who work with adults based on the intercultural approach.
The results of this project will generate and disseminate positive messages to achieve a compatible coexistence that respects European citizens (including ethnic and linguistic).
