Without a strong self-leading, we can be leaders, but such leading is reduced to the managing of others. Although management requires many individual’s competences in terms of communication and behaviour skills, management is primarily reserved for stable and predictable organisational environments. Leading of others in case of dealing with organisational or social changes thus goes beyond classic management and requires additional individual’s attitude and courage that has roots in our self-leading. Topic reveals the mind mechanisms, that need to be triggered if we want to lead ourselves.

The topic is about reflecting on many developmental concepts inside the phenomenon of sustainability, which criticize a dominant growth concept, on which today's modern society is still driven. Topic highlights the need that such growth-driven development needs to be challenged with all possible developmental attempts on a personal and organisational level. This is even more urgent due to actual climate changes with which humans are more and more facing. Topic includes reflection and comparison of many models (sustainable model, degrowth, circular economy, the concept of systemic happiness, developmental alchemy, social economy) with which these models try to effect on growth concept.

The topic presents youngsters’ identity vacuum as a result of liquid modern society, which is evident through two main challenges. First is career-disorientation, concerning which youngsters are disoriented on how to pave their career path. The second challenge is the reality-disorientation on how to find symmetry between youngsters' real and virtual worlds. Due to this disorientation, youngsters are becoming more and more attached to virtual reality. To deal with both disorientations efficiently, the younger generation needs to explore alternative pillars for strengthening their identity.
Potential target groups:
For all educators, counselors, project leaders and coordinators who are working with younger populations.

The topic reveals the need that silence needs to be today sincerely approached to cope more peaceful with the audio-visual world, on which today's reality is based. The fundamental challenge that we face today is, therefore, how to cope with the invasiveness of this audio-visual reality, that constantly occupies our minds. That is why we need to animate a stronger state of silence moments in our lives. The topic opens that approaching silence needs a more complex attitude.
Potential target groups:
For leaders and adult educators inside adult education, who would like to strengthen their leading or to grow professionally or personally through deepening their silence capacity.

Older populations are encouraged towards active aging what appears as a good strategy for their physical and mental health. However, the topic exposes the view that there is a lack of awareness inside a society that older populations need certain time and opportunities to face also with their fears against transience. To do that, older populations need additioanl encouragement to put their focus towards gerotranscedence, and to face with all complexity of their lives. The topic exposes what are the approaches,  through which is possible to work with older generations more comprehensively.
