Indiferent dacă este vorba despre o organizație privată sau o companie de stat, acest lucru nu se va schimba. Când vine vorba de profesori, reflecțiile programelor de educație la locul de muncă cu privire la rezultatele educaționale vor prinde viață, ca societate, care constă din persoane mai bine educate.

We receive international students, teachers and trainers during the whole year. Courses are offered in three different editions and with different formats. Each course is structured so that it is possible to attend the basic level (20 hours in 7 days) or the advanced level (40 hours in 14 days). Courses are organized in March, June, September and November.

The purpose of the study was to explore the requirements of schools to increase intergenerational learning, collaboration and solidarity amongst the Baby Boomers, X and Y generations, based on the views of school principals. The research focused on how to create spaces for interaction among different generations and what consequences will arise when intergenerational spaces are created. This study was conducted with phenomenological research design.

The project "Digitalisation - Strategy Development Tool for the Digitalisation of SME" makes a tangible contribution towards this with the development of a self-learning tool for these challenges that is freely available online and that can be used directly at the workplace.
