Niemal cała branża produkcyjna wśród najważniejszych wyzwań wskazuje zastępowalność kadry i przekazanie wiedzy następcom. Jak zabezpieczyć firmę przed utratą bezcennego „know-how” i usprawnić proces szkolenia ludzi, którzy wchodzą do organizacji?

A következő években a munkaadóknak és a munkavállalóknak egyebek mellett a tudáskompetenciák fejlesztése lesz a legfontosabb feladat.

Warum also dieses Thema?

Knowledge and abilities may lapse when they are not regularly used and kept up to date. This often happens in the workplace, and employers and supervisors are not always aware of the issue. Learning at work and from work means having the opportunity to repeat and reactivate knowledge and abilities, as well as maintaining and retaining them.
