n terms of adult educators, the problems related to learning in the workplace fall into two main categories. 1.    The first is to understand and reveal how individuals solve workplace problems through learning, which are becoming increasingly complex and even difficult to notice. Some of these problems are: a.    to bring interdisciplinary teams and work together in integrating new technologies and improving the flow of business processes, b.    to end inequalities and prejudices in the workplace, and c.    to allow individuals to become aware of their own power to change the conditions of their work.
Lack of adequate corporate training can cause employees to be unhappy, decrease customer satisfaction and avoidable conflicts. According to a report by the London School of Economics (LSE), which analysed data from 1.8 million employees from 73 countries, happy employees are more productive and do not consider quitting their jobs, while improving customer loyalty and company profitability. As employee satisfaction increases, productivity increases by 26%, while employee circulation decreases by 25%.

Jornadas formativas "El placer del aprendizaje: docentes en Educación de Adultos"

la Unidad de Programas Educativos de la Dirección provincial del MEFP en Ceuta desarrolló una Jornada formativa, organizada por la Asesoría de Educación de Adultos, que tuvo lugar el pasado 24 de octubre especialmente pensadas para los docentes que se han incorporado por primera vez al mundo de la Educación de Adultos.

Skup, održan u okviru projekta „Mreža evropskih preduzetnika“, bio je namijenjen vlasnicima preduzeća, direktorima, HR rukovodiocima i menadžerima.

Direktor Sektora za obrazovanje i kvalitet Privredne komore prof. dr Mladen Perazić pojasnio je da pojam „wellbeing“ u engleskom jeziku označava stanje psihofizičkog zdravlja i zadovoljstva.

Rychle se měnící technologické prostředí bude mít dramatický dopad na pracovní trh. Nedostatek vhodných kvalifikovaných pracovníků zasáhne všechny oblasti ekonomiky. Aby se správně vyzbrojili pro tuto situaci, zaměstnavatelé by měli vyhledávat možnosti zvyšování kvalifikace pro své zaměstnance. Jak dokazuje tento blogový příspěvek, může to přinést obrovské výhody jak zaměstnancům, tak zaměstnavatelům.

We are an adult basic skills education centre based in Brussels, preparing our 3rd Er+ KA1-project. The focus of our project is the impact of low literacy on daily life and how to deal with it: financial literacy, health literacy, document literacy etc. We are looking for organisations in adult education (formal or non formal) that work on this subject, with low literacy adults.
