Oamenii au o capacitate de învățare uimitoare, dar pe măsură ce îmbătrânim, mai ales la vârsta adultă, motivația noastră tinde să scadă. În copilărie, suntem în mod natural curioși și liberi să explorăm lumea din jurul nostru. One of the most important motivational sources of education in the workplace is undoubtedly to improve the quality of the service produced in that workplace. Whether it is a private organization or state-owned company, it will not change. When it comes to teachers, reflections of education programs in workplace on education output will come to life as a society, which consists of better educated individuals.
 

Ο Δεκέμβρης σηματοδοτεί το τέλος της τρίμηνης θεματικής μας εστίασης στην εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων στον χώρο εργασίας. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου, διερευνήσαμε λεπτομερώς ποιες είναι οι προκλήσεις για την εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων στο χώρο εργασίας, πώς η εκμάθηση στο χώρο εργασίας μπορεί να είναι επωφελής για τις επιχειρήσεις και συλλέξαμε παραδείγματα καλής πρακτικής από όλη την Ευρώπη.

People have an astonishing learning ability, but as we get older, especially in adulthood, our motivation tends to decline. As a child, we are naturally curious and free to explore the world around us. As an adult, we are concerned with protecting what we have learned to resist any information - or data - that would challenge our views and ideas. Today, there is a high demand for employees who have the ability and ability to quickly develop skills and adapt to new knowledge throughout their working lives. This demand increased with the recent technological developments.

Dezembro marcou o final do foco temático trimestral sobre a aprendizagem no local de trabalho. Neste período, explorámos em detalhe os desafios que se colocam à aprendizagem no local de trabalho, os benefícios que pode trazer às empresas e recolhemos exemplos de boas práticas em toda a Europa.

W grudniu kończymy kwartał, w którym rozwijaliśmy temat uczenia się dorosłych w miejscu pracy. W tym czasie drobiazgowo zbadaliśmy, jakie wyzwania stoją przed uczeniem się dorosłych w miejscu pracy, poznaliśmy korzyści z uczenia się w miejscu pracy i zebraliśmy przykłady dobrych praktyk z całej Europy. Odwiedź naszą stronę tematyczną na temat uczenia się w miejscu pracy, aby poznać wszystkie posty na blogu, materiały i studia przypadków udostępnione przez społeczność EPALE (zawartość zależy od wyboru języka).

Gruodžio mėn. pasibaigė mūsų trijų mėnesių teminis dėmesys suaugusiųjų mokymuisi darbo vietoje. Per tą laiką mes išsamiai ištyrėme, kokie iššūkiai laukia suaugusiųjų mokymosi darbo vietoje, kaip mokymasis darbo vietoje gali būti naudingas įmonėms ir surinkome gerosios patirties pavyzdžių iš visos Europos.

Decembris ir noslēdzošais mēnesis tematiskajam fokusam, ko aizsākām oktobrī - pieaugušo mācības darba vietā. Šajā laikā mēs centāmies izpētīt, kādi uzdevumi ir jārisina  pieaugušo izglītībai darba vietā un kā tā jāorganizē, lai  šāda aktivitāte  būtu izdevīga uzņēmumiem. Mēs apkopojām labas prakses piemērus no visas Eiropas.

Decemberrel véget ért az a három hónapos időszak, melynek során különös figyelmet fordítottunk a felnőttkori munkahelyi tanulás témakörére. Ez alatt az idő alatt részletesen feltártuk, hogy milyen kihívások állnak a felnőttkori munkahelyi tanulás előtt, milyen előnyei lehetnek a munkahelyi tanulásnak a vállalatok számára és példákat gyűjtöttünk az Európa-szerte megvalósuló helyes gyakorlatokra.

December marked the end of our three-month thematic focus on adult learning at the workplace. During this time, we explored in detail what challenges lie ahead for adult learning at the workplace, how workplace learning can be beneficial for companies and we collected good practice examples from across Europe.

DeDecember var den sista månaden av vårt tre-månaders långa tematiska fokus om lärande på arbetsplatsen. Under denna tid har vi fokuserat på vilka utmaningar som kommer framöver inom vuxnas lärande på arbetsplatsen, hur lärande på arbetsplatsen utvecklar företag och vi har samlat in goda exempel från Europa.

Im Dezember endete unser dreimonatiger thematischer Fokus auf die Erwachsenenbildung am Arbeitsplatz.

December måned markerede afslutningen på vores tre-måneders tematiske fokus på voksenlæring på arbejdspladsen. Igennem de senest måneder, har vi i detaljer undersøgt hvilke udfordringer der ligger forude for voksenlæring på arbejdspladsen, hvordan arbejdspladslæring kan være til stor nytte for virksomheder og vi har samlet eksempler good practice fra hele Europa.
