Apprendimento sul luogo di lavoro

Joulukuussa päättyi kolmen kuukauden jakso, jolloin EPALEn teemana oli aikuisoppiminen työpaikalla. Tuona aikana tarkastelimme haasteita, joita liittyy aikuisoppimiseen työpaikalla, ja sitä, miten työpaikalla oppiminen voi hyödyttää yrityksiä. Keräsimme myös esimerkkejä hyvistä käytännöistä eri puolilta Eurooppaa. 

Décembre a marqué la fin de notre focus thématique de trois mois sur l'apprentissage des adultes sur le lieu de travail. Au cours de cette période, nous avons exploré en détail les défis de celui-ci, comment l'apprentissage sur le lieu de travail peut être bénéfique pour les entreprises et nous avons recueilli des exemples de bonnes pratiques à travers l'Europe.

Detsember tähistas meie kolmekuulise temaatilise fookuse lõppu  täiskasvanuharidusest töökohal. Selle aja jooksul uurisime üksikasjalikult, millised väljakutsed täiskasvanuharidust töökohal ees ootavad, kuidas töökohal õppimine võib olla ettevõttele kasulik ja kogusime hea tava näiteid kogu Euroopast.

December znamenal koniec nášho trojmesačného tematického zamerania na učenie sa dospelých na pracovisku. Počas tohto obdobia sme podrobne preskúmali, aké výzvy stoja pred učením sa dospelých na pracovisku, ako môže byť vzdelávanie na pracovisku prospešné pre spoločnosti, a zozbierali sme príklady osvedčených postupov z celej Európy.

Prosinec je posledním měsícem v našem tříměsíčním tematickém zaměření na učení se dospělých na pracovišti. Během této doby jsme podrobně prozkoumali, jakým výzvám čelíme v oblasti učení se dospělých na pracovišti, jak může být učení se na pracovišti prospěšné pro společnost a nashromáždili jsme i příklady dobré praxe z celé Evropy.

Z decembrom se zaključuje trimesečni tematski fokus o učenju odraslih na delovnem mestu. V tem času smo se osredotočali na izzive, ki jih prinaša učenje na delovnem mestu, kako je lahko to področje koristno za organizacije in zbrali primere dobrih praks v Evropi.

El mes de diciembre marcó el final de nuestro enfoque temático de tres meses sobre el aprendizaje de adultos en el lugar de trabajo. Durante este tiempo, exploramos en detalle qué retos tiene por delante el aprendizaje de adultos en el lugar de trabajo, cómo el aprendizaje en el lugar de trabajo puede ser beneficioso para las empresas y recogimos ejemplos de buenas prácticas de toda Europa.

December marked the end of our three-month thematic focus on adult learning at the workplace. During this time, we explored in detail what challenges lie ahead for adult learning at the workplace, how workplace learning can be beneficial for companies and we collected good practice examples from across Europe.

Декември бележи края на нашия тримесечен фокус върху ученето на възрастни на работното място. През това време проучихме подробно какви предизвикателства стоят пред обучението на възрастни на работното място, как обучението на работното място може да бъде полезно за компаниите и събрахме примери за добри практики от цяла Европа.

Van oktober tot december besteedde EPALE extra aandacht aan leren op het werk. In deze periode onderzochten we welke uitdagingen dit met zich meebrengt, hoe leren op het werk in het voordeel van bedrijven is, en we verzamelden goede praktijkvoorbeelden uit heel Europa.

We organized a seminar about learning at the workplace in the 21st century. We gave a seminar to the teachers and trainees of our institution in the conference hall of our institution.

In this seminar, we took advantage of the presentation prepared by Hüseyin Kaygın and also used EPALE's thematic pages about workplace learning. We sincerely thank our teachers and trainees for their contributions.

 

Changing and increasing skills demands, coupled with economic, demographic and technological developments are making it more important than ever for Member States to have in place modern adult learning systems. All adults, regardless of their level of education or qualifications, need opportunities and incentives to continue learning throughout life, whether it be for maintaining their employability, for fuller participation in our digital society, or for personal fulfilment.

IETC-PS is always trying to keep up with change (social, cultural and economic). We strongly believe that our vocational school has to be a place of education to tolerance, diversity and human progress.

Transgender has become a componant of our society and we feel concerned with this cultural evolution.

IETC's teachers and administrative staff would like to integrate the new forms of genders into our work culture. Thanks to the KA104 program, we would like to investigate this matter and adapt our work habits.

EPALE Serbia National Support Service issues an electronic magazine tied to thematic focuses on EPALE. The magazine contains a selection of most red blogs on the platform translated into Serbian and other articles relevant to adult education in Serbia and Europe.

In accordance with the EPALE thematic focus in the period from October to December 2019, this issue of magazine is dedecated to the topic of workplace learning.

Conferentie duaal leren

Op dinsdag 11 februari 2020 organiseren het Vlaams Agentschap voor Ondernemersvorming SYNTRA Vlaanderen en het Departement Onderwijs en Vorming de Conferentie Duaal Leren. Dit inspirerende evenement vindt plaats in het Provinciehuis in Leuven, van 9u tot 16u.
 

Oduvijek je bilo mnogo polemike u i o obrazovanju. U posljednje vrijeme pojačan je naglasak na polemici o obrazovanju, i to uglavnom u negativnom kontekstu. Nikada se obrazovanje nije manje cijenilo, a u priči o obrazovanju nikada se više nije potencirala njegova nepotrebnost.
