Purpose: Coaching is an approach that enables individuals to realize their own potential and strengths, to increase their awareness, to find themselves, and that encourages and supports the process of fulfilling goals by balancing different spheres of life. Adoption and implementation of coaching philosophy also have great importance in terms of teachers' relationship with students.

The activities of the project "Compare Digital curricula for HEalth and Social Care Education" enabled 4 organizations from 3 partner countries to meet, compare and discuss the different digital curricula they use within their courses. The difference in the level of development of the different organizations, helped partners share experience and apply suitable content in their organizations.

We are looking for Erasmus+ KA2 - Strategic Partnerships for Education of Roma

We are looking for partners interested in collaboration on an Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic partnerships project aimed at Roma national minority population. The community of Roma people is one of the most underprivileged ethnic minorities in Europe. Less than 1% are university students and many have problems finishing secondary education if not even ground school. Undereducation leads to social exclusion, difficulties in finding jobs, use of addictive or illegal substances, domestic violence and problems with law enforcement.

Wir haben mit Frédéric Peyrou, stellvertretendem Direktor der Vereinigung Insert Net de Bordeaux, über das europäische Solidérance-Projekt (ERASMUS-Projekt) gesprochen, zu deren Initiatoren er gehört. Das im Jahr 2017 begonnene Projekt wurde von einem Konsortium aus Organisationen aus dem Großraum Bordeaux durchgeführt, die sich auf Berufsbildung, Integration und Solidarität spezialisiert haben.   Angesichts der Experimente, der beobachteten Auswirkungen und Erfolge wird Ende 2019 ein zweites Projekt unter dem Titel Solidérance 2 vorbereitet, das insbesondere die Anzahl der Partnerstrukturen und der Bauprojekte ausweiten soll.
We spoke with Frédéric Peyrou, Deputy Director of the association Insert Net in Bordeaux about the European Solidérance project (an ERASMUS project), of which he is one of the initiators. The project was launched in 2017, and is run by a consortium of organisations from the Bordeaux metropolitan area specialising in vocational training, integration and solidarity.   In light the impacts and successes observed in the experiments carried out, a second project, Solidérance 2, is currently under preparation. It is particularly aimed at increasing the number of partner structures and construction sites.
​​​​​​​Lernen am dritten Ort?  Dieses Thema fasziniert Denis CRISTOL, Direktor für Technik und Ausbildung bei CNFPT, Associate Researcher am Paris Ouest Nanterre und Experte für pädagogische Innovationsthemen.  Erstens, weil der Begriff des Lernens, den er entwickelt und umsetzt, sich mit allen Bedingungen befasst, die den Akt des Lernens erleichtern. Und auch, weil der Ort ein relevanter und aufschlussreicher Indikator für die Konzeption von Training und Lernen ist. Dass sich unsere Ausbildungsstätten und Aulen vom Mittelalter bis heute wenig verändert haben, muss vielleicht eine Bedeutung haben, sagt er uns in als Einleitung.

Dr. Bulunuz provided a discussion on "Reflective teaching concepts on professional development".
