27.novembrī EPALE projekta ietvaros Rīgā notika seminārs pieaugušo izglītotājiem "Rūpēs par citiem parūpēties par sevi!" Seminārā tika runāts par ilgstoša stresa pirmajām pazīmēm un izdegšanas riska mazināšanas iespējām tieši pieaugušo izglītības jomā strādājošiem. Dalībniekiem bija iespēja arī izmēģināt ikdienā pielietojamas metodes stresa mazināšanai, dalīties pieredzē, kas ir viņu stresa avoti ikdienā darbā, kā arī meklēt atbildes uz jautājumu - Ko darīt stresa un izdegšanas riska mazināšanai?

The objective of this paper is to present the different possibilities for the application of modern web 2.0 tools in e-learning. The paper starts by explaining and defining the basic concepts of nonformal learning and e-learning 2.0, going on to explain nonformal learning mediated by technologies. It concludes with an explication of the concept of personal learning environments as a proposal for a contemporary solution for e-learning. An overview is also given of the most commonly-used 2.0 tools, along with the implications for their use in modern education.

Thanks to the funding from Erasmus+ sub-programme of Support for Policy Reform, within the action of Social inclusion through education, training and youth a new e-learning platform for educators is in its finishing state. This platform will offer educators a complete curriculum for implementing philosophical inquiry in classrooms, modules for teaching about diversity and global issues as well as a media library with a collection of approaches in different countries and materials in different languages.
