Projekt Silver Civic Education SCE (Erasmus +, 2017 - 2019) opierał się na diagnozie, że najważniejszym powodem wykluczenia osób starszych są niewystarczające, szeroko rozumiane umiejętności komunikacyjne. Ta kategoria obejmuje również trudności ze zrozumieniem mediów i oficjalnych wiadomości i dokumentów, brak możliwości dotarcia do potrzebnych informacji, brak umiejętności cyfrowych, umiejętność posługiwania się językami obcymi oraz formułowanie wiadomości, które odpowiadają potrzebom współczesnego odbiorcy.

Thanks to informal methodologies we will analyse some effective intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills required to build relationships.

SHEP have used Erasmus+ Adult Education funding to support staff training and professional development since 2014. Erasmus+ projekta "Inovācijas pieaugušo izglītībā Daugavpils pašvaldībā" ietvaros no 2019.gada 4.novembra līdz 8.novembrim notika darba vērošanā Portugālē, Lisabonā un Montijo. Darba vērošanā piedalījās pieci Daugavpils pilsētas Izglītības pārvaldes darbinieki. Portugālē mums bija iespēja iepazīties ar dažādu institūciju darbu. Jo Latvijā ir ļoti svarīgi nodrošināt kvalitatīvu un visiem pieejamu pieaugušo izglītību.
