The EBSN EPALE Team is glad to announce its second and third online course for policy-makers, experts and other professionals who have a stake in basic skills policy and are currently engaged in the implementation of the Upskilling Pathways recommendation.

Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

Idag släppte Skolverket rapporten Coronapandemins påverkan på vuxenutbildningen. Skolverket har genomfört telefonintervjuer med skolhuvudmän om pandemins påverkan på kommunal vuxenutbildning (komvux) och särskild utbildning för vuxna (särvux). Intervjuerna har kompletterats med inspel från några av Skolverkets regionala dialoger om vuxenutbildning som genomfördes som webbdialoger under pandemin.

Bakalaureusetöö eesmärgiks oli välja selgitada mittetraditsioonilise õppija õpioskused kõrgkoolis kutseõpetaja õppekaval õppimiseks ja kuidas kutseõpetajad kirjeldavad õppimist kõrgkoolis. Töö teoreetilises osas tutvustati mittetraditsioonilist õppijat kõrgkoolis ja õpioskusi. Kirjeldati ülikoolis vajalikke õpioskusi ja õppimist takistavaid tegureid. Uurimuse metoodika peatükis kirjeldati kvalitatiivset uurimisviisi, mis viidi läbi fotointervjuu põhjal.

In this study, it was aimed to adapt the Technology Proficiency Self Assessment Scale for 21st Century Learning (TPSA C21), developed by Christensen and Knezek, into Turkey's conditions. The study sample consisted of 606 teachers working in 58 public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Bartın province. The original scale had a six-factor structure consisting of 34 items. In the adaptation stage, the Turkish version of the scale was initially created and then retranslated back into the source language. Next, the scale items were evaluated by linguists.

Eesti elukestva õppe strateegia üheks eesmärgiks on võimestada inimesi reageerima tööturul toimuvatele muutustele. Probleemiks peab strateegia vähest koostööd koolide ja tööandjate vahel, mis tingib arvuka ebapiisava kvalifikatsiooniga tööliste siirdumise tööturule. Strateegia kohaselt ei ole rakendunud probleemipõhised ja reaaleluga seotud õppimisviisid ega õppijate erinevate andekuste ja vajaduste märkamine. Õppijad, kes lõpetavad täna kooli, ei vaja enam tööelus toimetulekuks 20. sajandi oskusi, vaid juba uusi, 21. sajandi oskusi, mille sisendi peaks andma nüüdisaegne õpikäsitus.
