Artikkel tugineb uuringule, mille fookuses on  mitteformaalõppe tähendus ja diskursuse muutus Eesti arengut suunavates poliitikadokumentides. Selline rõhuasetus on tingitud asjaolust, et  mitteformaalõppe tähendus on sotsiaalselt konstrueeritud,  paradigma- ja kontekstispetsiifiline ning sõltub ideoloogiast, hariduspoliitilisest korraldusest, traditsioonidest ja väljakujunenud tavadest.

Paulo Reglus Neves Freire is surely one of the most cited and iconic figures in the contemporary education literature. This paper explores his relevance for an age characterised by the intensification of globalisation, and the mobility of capital, in which education is often equated exclusively with the development of the so-called ‘human resources’ (sic). It analyses his pedagogical approach, contrasting it with some of the main features in the dominant policy documents in education such as the EU’s Lisbon objectives.

The INCREA serious game is an interactive simulation that allows the user to stake contents, ideas, attitudes, skills within an immersive and realistic simulation. The game aims at fostering entrepreneurship spirit, by exploiting personal cultural background. 

The game is based on the learning material that have been developed during the project and partners designed it in such a way that successful completion of its levels requires a genuine understanding of the INCREA concepts. It provides short scenarios displayed as questions within the game.

The Manual aims at supporting migrants become creative entrepreneurs and run their business successfully. It summarizes project results  along with a series of rules and basic practice about “how to run a business”. It will define a set of clear, simple and adaptable advises for creative entrepreneurs willing to understand more about this field.

Many European SMEs lack the necessary skills and resources to adapt their business to the digital transformation. Yet, digital skills have been identified by the European Commission and researchers as a crucial factor for the economic performance o f a business. The FOSS4SMEs project provides managers and staff of SMEs with a free online course equipping them with the skills and competences to use Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) to improve their digital performance and competitiveness.

Training Plan for course on free and open source software (FOSS) for small and medium enterprises. This European project initiative aims to help to promote the use of FOSS in business. The purpose of this course is to provide you with an overview of the most important FOSS concepts and solutions that are available today for you to consider and use in your own business. The course is broken down into 5 main units with sub-topics in each unit. Each individual unit contains a summary in advance of a series of lessons on the topic.

The FOSS-BU competence profile outlined here aims to identify and select the knowledge, skills and competences specifically related to the usage of FOSS in the business sector, in full compliance with the ECVET system outlined by the European Commission.

This Synthesis Report is meant to collect and put together the results of the six different Country Reports (for Greece, Germany, Italy, UK, Ireland and Sweden) developed by the partners of the FOSS4SMEs project. Each Country Report, as the main deliverable foreseen by the IO1/A1 ‘Research’ phase, comprises an overarching and comprehensive overview about the different national situations with relation to the usage of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) within SMEs across Europe.

A CEDEFOP és az LLLP (Lifelong Learning Platform - Brüsszel) közös dolgozata az alábbi címmel jelent meg: "Implementing a holistic approach to lifelong learning: Community Lifelong Learning Centres as a gateway to multidisciplinary support teams". A 2019. augusztusában megjelent elemzés részletesen taglalja, hogy miért játszanak fontos szerepet a tanulás közösségi központjai abban, hogy az életen át tartó tanulás tevékenysége társadalmi tényezővé váljon mind a részvétel, mind a teljesítmény dimenziójában. Ugyanakkor arra is rámutat a dolgozat, hogy a tanulás közösségi formái révén felkészíthető a résztvevő tanuló az összetettebb, egyre inkább multidiszciplináris tartalmak és narratívák befogadására mind elméleti, mind gyakorlati irányokban egyaránt!
Harmadik alkalommal jelentettük meg az EPALE magazint, melynek ez évi számában igyekeztünk a felnőttkori tanulás minnél több színterét bemutatni, legyen az iskolai keretek között, vállalatnál vagy akár egy büntetés-végrehajtási intézményben folyó tanulási, fejlesztési tevékenység.
