The key objective of the training manual is to support the adult learners with the best practices, practical activities, up-to-date facts and methodology on Environment & Organic Farming. The material enables the learners to acquire innovative methods, approaches and technologies and thus to increase their professional competencies.

Si è concluso nel mese di dicembre il progetto Sostegno e Condivisione, realizzato dall'Associazione di promozione sociale Sognatore nel deserto ONLUS.

Promosso dal Garante delle persone ristrette della Regione Campania e dal Consiglio Regionale della Campania, si è svolto in tre istituti: la Casa di Reclusione "G.B.Novelli" di Carinola, la Casa Circondariale di Vallo della Lucania e nel Centro Penitenziario "P.Mandato-Secondigliano" di Napoli.
L'iniziativa rientra nell'art 27.3 della nostra Costituzione e dello stesso Ordinamento Penitenziario.

This research aiming to identify the factors that prevent and increase the participation of employees in lifelong learning activities is descriptive. The participants of the research having a descriptive notion consisted of 510 people working in Ankara. The data of the study were collected with a 39-item questionnaire.
