It’s important to remember not to overwhelm them with news, but to choose content that is relevant and valuable to them. Contact with co-workers is also very important - providing support for each other, providing help in using Internet tools, or coming up with joint ideas for new activities. Together you can do more, and you can do it better!

The aim of this report is to formulate the necessary learning outcomes to be covered in the future HAePPI training programme. Ennek a tájékoztató célja, hogy a stratégiai megfontolások keretrendszerébe foglalja a felnőttképzési rendszer legfontosabb változásait, és gyakorlatias módon – példákkal alátámasztva – bemutassa, elmagyarázza azokat. A tájékoztató rámutat a felnőttképzési rendszer – egyre jobban felértékelődő – stratégiai szerepére és ennek okaira, elemzi a korábbi felnőttképzési rendszer kihívásait, és bemutatja az ezekből levezetett stratégiai célkitűzéseket. A dokumentum továbbá széleskörű információt szolgáltat a felnőttképzési rendszer megújult környezetéről és szereplőiről, jogszabályi hivatkozásokkal alátámasztva részletesen elemzi a fő változásokat, és megjeleníti a jogszabályok helyes alkalmazásával kapcsolatban felmerülő, gyakran ismétlődő kérdéseket és a szaktárca azokra adott válaszait.

A considerable percentage of the learners who most need to increase the level of their basic skills will not seek the courses that are organised. For many potential learners in the target group one of the main reasons for this will be the lack of awareness of both their skill level and of the existing learning offer. The need for raised awareness can be met by carefully designed information campaigns which have the potential to attract the learner to individual guidance points, thus entering a process that may go through screening and testing, leading to adequate referral to quality learning provision.
