(Ne)obrazovni i (ne)odgojni ishodi obrazovanja

U radu se analiziraju suvremene koncepcije znanja i obrazovanja temeljene na neoliberalističkoj i neokonzervativističkoj paradigmi. Neoliberalistička i neokonzervativistička koncepcija znanje pretvaraju u robu, a učinkovitost škola isključivo se ogleda u ranglistama i nesmislenim zahtjevima koji su usmjereni na stvaranje „elitnih“ obrazovnih institucija i centara izvrsnosti. Obrazovni standardi, PISA projekt i drugi slični projekti bez kontekstualizacije potiču „poučavanje i učenje za test“ pri čemu se ishodi učenja uzimaju kao jedini ozbiljni indikator obrazovanosti učenika i stanja odgojno-obrazovnog sustava u cjelini. Utjecaj takvih projekata i koncepata obrazovanja očituje se u zanemarivanju onih dimenzija znanja koje nisu u fokusu mjerenja i koja se ne mogu pretvoriti u robu, a to su odgojne vrijednosti poput nenasilja, tolerantnosti prema različitosti(ma), solidarnosti i niz drugih humanih pojavnosti potrebnih u suvremenom svijetu.

This work analyses the contemporary concepts of knowledge and education based on a neoliberal and neoconservative paradigm. Neoliberal and neoconservative concept transform the knowledge into goods, and views the efficiency of schools as exclusively reflected in the ranking lists and absurd demands directed towards creating “elite” educational institutions and centres of excellence. Educational standards, PISA project and other similar projects lacking contextualization, encourage “teaching and learning to pass the test” whereby learning outcomes are considered the only real indicator of how well the students are educated, as well as an indicator of the state of the entire education system. The influence of such education projects and concepts is visible in the neglect of those dimensions of knowledge which are not in the focus of measurements and which cannot be transformed into goods, and those are educational values such as non-violence, tolerance of diversity, solidarity and a number of other attributes which are necessary in the contemporary world.
