ESC Strong Houses Mastery class – a training design for beginner ESC organizations. It is a 5-day training course addressed to hosting organizations of volunteers involved in the European Solidarity Corps (and formerly EVS), who recently received the Quality label (in the last 2 years) and are just now starting to implement projects to host international volunteers. Participants in such a  training course can be project managers and volunteer coordinators from these organizations, who can get tools, ideas and resources during the course, that support them in designing volunteering projects that are anchored in the real community needs and that can also generate meaningful learning experiences for all actors involved (volunteers, organizations, community). This training design is created mainly for adult education.
