Providing guidance about learning and/or careers
The issue of employment of persons with disabilities is one of the priorities of the countries. Physically disabled, visually impaired and hearing impaired people can be employed more easily, but there are difficulties in the employment of people with mental disabilities. One of the reasons for this is the lack of a model for the employment of people with disabilities.
We aim to develop a model of employment for the individuals with mental deficiency.

We are looking for partner for Erasmus+ KA204 project (adult education). Our organization is dedicated to senior education. We are based in Prague (Czech rep.) and we are non profit organization.
We would like have theme of project Critical Thinking which seems to us as the most interesting topic as the themes for this project.

- Design of trainings on « Entrepreneurship in metropolitan agriculture » trainings dedicated to Agrarian Technical Institutes (vocational training and education in agriculture)

Eskişehir National Medical Rescue Team is a medical rescue team composed of medical professionals, which acts under the obligation of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health-Eskişehir Provincial Health Directorate and fulfils issues under unusual circumstances and disaster conditions.
Centro Qualifica Arrábida works with adults education, recognizing and certificating competences/skils acquired in lifelong learning experiencies, through non-formal and informal ways.
It also provides scholar or vocacional orientation, aiming the best path to improve qualifications.

The project deals with boosting the entrepreneurial skills of adult women out of employment. Entrepreneurial skills are meant as life skills, which can enhance the chances not only of starting up a business but also the capacity to make decisions, create value and be proactive in all the fields of the civic and economic life for example. We will deliver 3 main outputs directed at the educators/mentors who will accompany the adult women along the journey.
