The Education and Training Boards Ireland (ETBI), the national representative association of Ireland's sixteen education and training boards (ETBs) is holding a two day workshop to familiarise adult educators with SOLAS (the state organisation with responsibility to further education and training) and ETBI national guidelines for adult literacy and numeracy assessment at NFQ levels 1-3.

An Application workshop will be held for those considering applying for funding for KA1 VET projects, where advice will be given on preparing applications for the 01 October 2019 deadline. Attendees will be updated with financial guides, mobility durations, as well as concrete examples of projects. If successful in receiving funding, such projects will start between 1st January and 31st May 2020 with a duration of 12 to 24 months).
