Outreach and guidance

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Development adopted the Rulebook on Career Guidance and Counseling Standards in June 2019. These standards present the framework for the development and improvement of the career guidance and counseling system in the Republic of Serbia. Primarily, they are guidelines for educational institutions, institutions in the employment sector as well as organizations in the field of youth work.

We create professional development system in education -> we are looking for Partner from Norway, Lichtenstein or Iceland to learn their experience in this field

Municipality of Sopot is now working on creating career conseling systems for learners and students based on cooperation between schools, employers and other interested parties. We would like to start cooperation with organisation from education sector from Norway, Lichtenstein and Iceland to share our experience in this field. We think about long period cooperation, however we would like to start from small action first. The Centre for Continuing Education in Sopot (CKU Sopot (CKU Sopot) and the Municipality of Sopot is looking for potential partner in the project under Education Programme. We need a partner who would like to organize a study visit for a group of career advisors and decision makers working in Sopot. If you already have good practices in effective career counselling and building networks between schools and employers please contact us. Share your experience by joining our project and host us in your country! Any doubt or questions? Z jakého důvodu nejsou nabízené možnosti využívány? Které faktory přispívají k tomu, že je vzdělávání ukončováno? Jaký způsob nabídek by mohl pomoci takovému stavu zabránit a podpořit lidi v kontinuálním jednání? Ačkoliv existuje k tomuto tématu mnoho studií, chybí zde jednoznačný závěr: Jak to vidí lidé, kterých se to týká? Jedná se zde pouze o specifické situace jednotlivců? Nebo zde naopak můžeme najít klíčové prvky a důvody, které se častěji opakují?

El proyecto Erasmus+ “ROI-MOB" surgió de la idea de diferentes socios comprometidos con la movilidad en la Formación Profesional, con el fin de mejorar la calidad de su oferta, disponer de herramientas que hagan más atractiva la experiencia de prácticas en el extranjero para los jóvenes, identificar empresas de acogida y concienciarlas sobre los beneficios de emplear a personas que han vivido esta experiencia. 

When refugees arrive in a country, it is important to start the process of orientation towards the labour market in the new country as early as possible. Therefore, career guidance has been piloted in Norway since 2016 for refugees in asylum reception centres. The piloting continues in 2019, extended to including career guidance for resettlement refugees (quota refugees) and persons who have arrived in Norway because of family reunification.

Vor ihrer Entlassung stellt sich Strafgefangenen die große Herausforderung, ihr Leben in eigene Hände zu nehmen und eine für sie passende berufliche Zukunft ins Auge zu fassen. Sebbene la creatività e l’innovazione siano considerate le principali forze trainanti delle economie moderne, ad oggi si contano solo pochi approcci relativi alla gestione della creatività e dell’innovazione. Esistono inoltre pochissimi approcci formativi mirati all’interfaccia tra formazione continua, istituti di istruzione universitaria e aziende e finalizzati a promuovere sistematicamente tali capacità e competenze.

Although creativity and innovation are considered one of the key driving forces in modern economies, to date there have been few approaches concerning creativity and innovation management. There are also very few educational approaches applied at the interface of continuing education, institutes of higher education and business that systematically promote these skills and competencies.

Η ετήσια διάσκεψη της ΕΑΕΑ πραγματοποιήθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία στην Κοπεγχάγη από την   DAEA (Danish Adult Education Association). Οι ομιλητές ομόφωνα υποστήριξαν την ανάγκη για μεγαλύτερη ευελιξία  και δημιουργικότητα στα προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης, αν θέλουμε να αυξήσουμε τη συμμετοχή των ενηλίκων σε αυτά.

A Dimensão Europeia da Educação é um conceito que tem evoluído associado ao aprofundamento da própria União Europeia. Neste sentido, a partir de 1976, com o lançamento do programa de ação em matéria de educação, foram lançadas ações como visitas de estudo, intercâmbios e atividades escolares, com o objetivo de “dar uma dimensão europeia à experiência dos docentes e dos alunos das escolas primárias e secundárias”.[1]

Obwohl Kreativität und Innovation als eine der wichtigsten Antriebsfaktoren der modernen Wirtschaft gelten, gibt es bisher nur wenige Ansätze zum Kreativitäts- und Innovationsmanagement. Ebenfalls fehlen Bildungsansätze, die an der Schnittstelle von Weiterbildung, Hochschulen und Wirtschaft ansetzen und diese Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen systematisch fördern.
