Aktuelle gesellschaftliche Anforderungen an Arbeit erfordern, dass Bildungsberatung flexibel sowie gender- und diversitätssensibel konzipiert ist und empowernd wirkt. Deshalb ist es wichtig, die Bedürfnisse aller Akteur*innen in die Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten miteinzubeziehen. Lesen Sie in folgender Keynote der Euroguidance-Fachtagung Wien 2019, wie das funktionieren kann.

Sonja Karbon stellt das Projekt FrauenRaum vor. Dieses niederschwellige Angebot, dass sich besonders an Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund, Asylberechtigte und subsidär schutzberechtige Frauen richtet, soll diese dabei unterstützen auf den Bildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt vorbereitet zu werden. Dazu wird unter anderem der Ansatz der Potentialtransformation angewandt. Mehr dazu in diesem Blogpost.

My name is Sona Stefkova, and I represent an adult educational company in Bratislava (Slovakia) - topcoach.sk.
We are interested to be a partner in your KA204 or KA205 projects, we can offer best practice and trainings related to soft-skills, self-development and leadership topics. We also have experiences leading Erasmus+ project (we are recently leading partner and partner of different projects).

Sedamdeset predstavnika ministarstava obrazovanja, pedagoških zavoda i javnih univerziteta iz Bosne i Hercegovine (BiH) sastalo se u Banja Luci 16. i 17. decembra kako bi razgovarali o perspektivama korištenja rezultata međunarodnog istraživanja PISA 2018 (Programme for International Student Assessment) u njihovom radu na unapređenju obrazovanja u BiH.

Sihtasutus Archimedes, Eesti Töötukassa, SA Innove ja Eesti Karjäärinõustajate Ühing korraldavad karjääriteenuste võrgustikukonverentsi “Julge hüpe tundmatusse?”, et jagada kogemusi Eestist ja välismaalt ning koostöös leida vastuseid kesksele küsimusele - kuidas muutunud olukorras parimal moel õpilast toetada ning ette valmistada elukestvaks õppeks ja tööturule astumiseks. Esimesel päeval õpime rahvusvahelistelt ekspertidelt ja arutleme meie strateegiliste valikute üle Eestis. Teisel päeval keskendume praktikatele.

Tako oblikovalci politike izobraževanja, usposabljanja in zaposlovanja kot tudi posamezniki imajo različna pričakovanja glede poklicne orientacije. Pričakuje se, da bodo poklicno usmerjanje, poklicno svetovanje in svetovanje pomagali posamezniku pri oblikovanju pomembnih in uspešnih odločitev, odločitev in rešitev v zvezi s svojo kariero, izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem.

350 participants working with career counseling at various levels were gathered for two days at the Scandic Airport Hotel in Gardermoen for a kick-off on the quality framework. This was a national career guidance conference for everyone in the career guidance field in Norway. The theme was: Quality in Career Guidance - from Vision to Practice.

Koolituse ökoloogilise jalajälje vähendamise üle arutleti V koolitajate mittekonverentsil. Osalejad leidsid, et kuna koolitusvaldkonnas tegutsejatel on võimalus jõuda paljude sihtgruppideni, on tähtis koolituste korraldamisel ja läbiviimisel põhjalikult läbi mõelda, kuidas toimida keskkonnasäästlikumalt.

Context of the 2020 conference

The context of our conference includes what we see as the limitations of much existing research and understanding of transformative processes in lifelong learning and adult education, and the need for less reductive sensibilities in our conversations, conferences and research. We need to acknowledge more of what we don’t know or are uncertain about in relation to human and or social transformation and transformative learning.
