Erasmus+ - ROMAE – Role Models in Adult Education General Aim The project aims at building a network of positive reference figures for adult education. Such figures will contribute to adult education activities aiming at social inclusion and active citizenship according to the fundamental values of the European Union. They will act as narrators of their own stories of social redemptions and bearers of common values in all institutions where adult education takes place, such as schools, associations, etc. Implementation The projects aims at supporting improving and enriching skills and knowledge of educators working with disadvantaged, socially excluded, marginalized and/or deprived adults. Staff of partner institutions will meet in workshops aiming at research and study of figures that can be elected as symbols of resilience. Through exchange and discussion participants will outline criteria, themes and features of the rference figures. They will single out persons and educational methodologies to make them closer to adults learners. It is not exclude, if possbile, the participation of the reference figures themselves to take part in mobilities or educational activities carried out in partner organisations. Workshops will make use of active methodologies: cooperative learning, debates, flipped classroom. Joint Staff Training Events 1° Florence, project detailed presentation, sharing criteria, designing common working tools such as internet site, fora, repositories, etc. 2° Florence, first JSTE devoted to the core project activities 3°, 4°, 5°, 6° JSTEs in aprtner countries 7° Florence summary of the experience, presentation of materials: profiles of reference figures, educational methodologies using them Outputs Profiles and features of some reference figures for each country and educational methodologies guidelines will be kept available and freely accessible on the project’s website.

The economic crisis in Greece has severely affected low skilled groups who bear the brunt of rising unemployment. Low skilled groups are suffering the heavy impact of this current situation, as they lack knowledge while being also unable to improve their working skills and abilities.

Han pasado dos años, el 18 de noviembre del 2019 quedará marcado en rojo en el cuaderno de bitácoras de nuestra nave de los deseos, Radio Alberquilla. Ese lunes, la tripulación experimentó sensaciones que hasta ahora no se habían producido. El día a día en la radio, realizando el trabajo radiofónico del que es capaz hasta ahora, no había tenido la posibilidad de tener tan de cerca la desgracia humana. Ese lunes de noviembre, cambió posiblemente nuestra percepción de las cosas que se cuecen fuera de nuestras cómodas vidas de gentes normales.

L’intégration des migrants passe par l’emploi et l’emploi passe par l’apprentissage de la langue du pays d’accueil. Pistes-Solidaires est partenaire depuis septembre 2018 du projet WORK-VR. Un projet lancé par l’organisme danois VIFIN portant sur l’utilisation de la réalité virtuelle au service de l’apprentissage des langues et de l’insertion. Le but est de créer une plateforme de formation en ligne pour l’apprentissage de compétences linguistiques et culturelles liées au travail.
