We are looking for one more partner for the project we are going to submit - DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING SKILLS OF ADULT EDUCATION STAFF.

We plan to develop the trainig course - this course will be addressed to educators who provide international trainings, with expertise in the given area, but who do not have the skills to deliver trainings.

The desired partners will be responsible for the developement of the following training modules:

A) Cultural differences / Managing “Multi-Culturalism” in the Training Environment. / Using “culture” as a resource for training. / Collaboration and communication across cultures.

B) Visualization techniques in conducting training courses / Innovative digital tools for visualisation of the taught topics.

We are an international training company, based in Spain, providing the highest quality of services thanks to the experience of an international team of trainers - specialists in adult training and learning.

We offer training for trainers, teachers and people involved in adult education. Our training courses cover the following areas: project management, effective foreign language learning, Train the Trainer, Training for Interpreters, Team building, Conflict management, Negotiations, Language Learning Management (LLM).

The company is based in the Murcia region in Spain, we organize trainings in I.E. Valencia, Granada, Sevilla and in a training centre located in the Murcia mountains.
