financial literacy and entrepreneurship (Institutions which have not benefited from EU project funds before will be preferred.)

The requirements in Manisa and other partner countries are based on leadership, communication, women's rights, etc. in order to increase personal development and self-confidence. Financial literacy and entrepreneurship, will organize training programs and this curriculum will be activated as a pilot in the training of 30 adults aged 30-55 with your co-ordinating agency and other joint use. With the project, the training program prepared by using innovative methods based on games will facilitate the access of adult women to financial issues, ensure the comprehensibility of financial issues and instruments, adapt the acquired financial information to daily life, follow the current economic developments and enter the business life both as an employee and as an entrepreneur rate will be increased. 

In this context, the project ,

• Creating an innovative education program with a game-based alternative teaching method in order to increase women's knowledge and self-confidence in entrepreneurship and financial literacy,

• Organizing pilot training programs for 30 women (30 x 4 countries = 120 women) aged 30-55 years in the coordinating country and other partner countries,

• Preparing learning games to support the training program and ensuring learning quality and standardization of education,

• It is aimed to carry out the necessary lobbying activities in order to increase women's employment and participation in economic life by using this training program by non-formal education institutions operating in adult education such as public education center and continuous education center.

Institutions which have not benefited from EU project funds before will be preferred.
