A recording of a lecture by Ms Laurence Martin, Director of the Association pour la Promotion du label APP from France, on the topic of a "Personalized approach to the development of key competences in adult learners - a practical example, The APP label", at the Third National EPALE Serbia conference held on October 16, 2019 in Belgrade.

The conference was primarily aimed at teachers in functional elementary education for adults, andragogical assistants, directors of schools that provide functional elementary education for adults and other adult education providers or stakeholders actively engaged in adult education. The aim of the conference was discussing the significance of development of key competences in the system of elementary education of adults, as well as starting discussions on efficient methods and techniques in teaching adult learners, with particular focus on low-educated adults.
