EPALE UK is releasing a series of six resources focusing on different aspects of workplace learning – our theme from October to December 2019. The second in the series, this document focuses on taking a holistic approach to skills sharing and is ideal for use as a poster and displayed in the office.

The resource includes a brief introduction to the benefits of skills sharing in the workplace, then explores three different options that facilitate skills sharing, including job shadowing, department specific training sessions, and developed organigrams.

Two resources will be released over each workplace learning thematic month. Other resources will explore team building exercises, creating a continuing development plan, cultural awareness and more.
